Admittedly, I was a little nervous about hiring a PM from a website--but I lucked out big time when I was referred to Ed. Ed is very personable and likable guy and put me completely at ease Ed is very knowledgeable about property management in addition to being very efficient about making things happen in a timely manner. So far, I have been very impressed with his level of responsiveness as I have some tenant issues that needed to be addressed quickly and he was on it almost immediately. He told me what he was going to do and then followed through 100%. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner--it would have saved me some major headaches. Andrew and Vantage Realty exceeded my expectations. I was looking for someone to supervise accepting delivery of 1/2 a household of boxes while I was away. The vendor needed to be trustworthy, flexible, and have good judgment. The date & time were uncertain so he/she needed to be open to meeting the truck at a storage unit on short notice, use the gate code, supervise unloading and stacking in my unit, determine if items were broken, able to be trusted with the contents, install a lock & get the key to me. Additionally, the employee at the storage facilitywas difficult to communicate with because of limited English skills. Andrew suggested that he could provide a Mandarin speaking employee and have the unloading filmed, both good suggestions. Because he is licensed as a realtor, I felt he would be accountable. Andrew was wonderful about communicating clearly & in a timely manner. He set a mutually agreed time for a phone call, then had a capable employee follow up when was tied up. Everything went smoothly & he & his employee were always proactive. I think that his skills would transfer well to property management. The circumstances changed at the last minute & I did not need his services. He was gracious about this & prompt in refunding my partial payment. I would heartily recommend Andrew and his supporting staff for any real estate related needs!
