With a thorough consultation and fitness assessment, the client will receive an ongoing exercise program. The program will address flexibility, stability, endurance and strength, and it will be prioritized to lead to the clients goals. One-on-one training can be done outdoors, at client's home, or at a local facility. Coaching can be set up via phone and internet for clients remote from my Antioch base. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of an assessment. Though clients know what they want, they often don't think about addressing the weakest links in the kinetic chain.
