Jessica was my day of coordinator and our wedding day was perfect!!! There wasn't any hiccups at all that day, well at least none that I knew about. Her and Dustin were fabulous and on top of it. I was a pretty organized bride and I didn't mind doing a lot of the planning so I didn't feel like I needed the partial planning services, but it was helpful knowing someone was double and triple checking all my contracts. She reminded me of the small important details. We met a week prior to the rehearsal and she made a precise timeline, she was able to put me at ease and I was able to trust her with everything. Jessica also handled our rehearsal, great. My bridal party loved her, and listened to anything she told them to do. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. In the past five years my husband and I have attended several fantastic entertainment and charitable fundraisers produce by The Mark Kearney Group. Our memorable highlights include The Jewel's of France in Beverly Hills for Juvenile Arthritis hosted by Teri Hatcher , MKG Emmy suite for breast cancer hosted by Adrienne Malouff, Project Angel Food hosted by Lisa Vanderpump. I hired Chef Mark and his fabulous catering company for our wedding this April in Newport Coast California. We absolutely adore his five star Pacific Rim cuisine. The catering crew was professional, kind and captivating. It truly made our Wedding Day special.
I hired Chef Travis to help make my 39th wedding anniversary special. The food was expertly and creatively prepared. His personable demeanor made everything even more enjoyable. His ability to layer flavors was totally on the mark. My wife and I eat out often and I would be pressed to find another restaurant that could put together a meal like this. Highly recommend and will use him again.
There are not enough words to describe how helpful Ricki was as my wedding coordinator. Her experience is so valuable, and her passion unmatched. What I think was most helpful, was Ricki's willingness to be there with you physically, no matter how stressed/anxious/confused you are to make sure you know that everything is going to be okay. I also can't stress enough how helpful it is to have Ricki to connect you to the BEST vendors EVER. I would recommend hiring Ricki as both a planner and day of coordinator, and realize now (and recommend) the value is hiring her along with her assistant, because the reality is, a wedding is a performance that needs to be orchestrated, and you want a team in charge of this. Ricki is tough, but realistic. She is who you need to battle the Wedding Industrial Complex, where you will get taken advantage of left and right. Thanks Ricki!

I had the best experience with the girls of One Last Frog! I had a wedding, they coordinated and it was phenomenal! We were able to sit down and I gave a clear and concise idea of how I NEEDED my wedding day to go and they were on top of it the whole day and it took so much stress off my back which allowed me to enjoy my day. Not to mention the complementary mimosa bar that was set up in the bridal room, such a thoughtful and appreciate touch! If I could do it over again I would for sure choose these ladies of One Last Frog!
We are so glad that we chose Haus 353 for our flowers and wedding coordination!! Our wedding would not have been as beautiful or as successful without them. Ione and her team are on another level. Very professional, very punctual, very friendly, and so flexible and creative! When something went wrong they were able to come up with a solution. From the very first meeting to the end of the wedding night Ione and her team communicated with us so well and were so on top of it. She also did a great job of calming this perfectionist bride down as the day got closer and closer and made sure our wedding day went smoothly! You can't go wrong with Haus 353, do yourself a favor and hit them up ASAP!
Ingrid was able to put together a candy table in two days for my wedding! She was very attentive, asked a lot of questions to ensure she was able to meet expectation and overall made me feel like she genuinely cared. The candy table matched the colors of my wedding perfectly and my guest enjoyed the candy and Rice Krispie treats.

Weddings are stupid and stressful but these guys were freaking amazing. They went so far above and beyond to make mine and Brians wedding day everything we dreamed of. No matter what I was thinking she was there. No matter when I texted or called she responded. Seriously the best choice ever.
I am an la based chef who was recently hired by Joelle. She is the first event coordinator who I worked with since launching the la branch of my business. I had the best experience with Victoria. She had amazing ideas for my wedding day. The touch of blues in a silver and white tone theme added elegance and grace, just as I was imagining it. All flowers were really fresh and guests were all eager to take it home after. Despite the great work, I had no issues communicating and from the start of our consultation, I noticed how quickly I was understood with my requests. My bouquet was so full and heavy, so I know I got my money’s worth. Definitely a to-go-to florist with any wants and needs that will be fulfilled beyond expected.
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier!
