"We cannot say enough about Hawk Educational Solutions, Juliet was very professional and very patient. We were very impressed with how she was able to get through to our teenage son. He now feels less anxious about reading and math and we are confident he will be a better student. We find Juliet's technique very effective and we would highly recommend her services to anyone."

Jenny was a fantastic ACT tutor for my son! I could not have picked a better tutor. Jenny worked with him this summer and was able to quickly ascertain his areas of strength and areas for needed development for the ACT. She also quickly assessed his learning style and put together an efficient customized learning/tutoring plan and tutoring schedule for the summer that helped him make huge strides in both his strongest and weakest sections of the ACT, improving his already high comprehensive test results by 5 points thus far with another week of tutoring yet to go! In particular she did an amazing job tutoring him on the English portion, helping him go from a 26 to a 35 in that section! He has really enjoyed working with her and looked forward to their tutoring sessions. I will be signing my younger son up for ACT tutoring with Jenny next summer for sure!

I found Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services of San Diego Coast to be a very reliable and allows for quick access to quality tutors. The tutors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Desiree, the Area Director, is a great resource as well when I have looked for guidance on questions with students, as I am a Special Education Teacher, and for my own children. I highly recommend Desiree and her tutors as a teacher and a parent!

Eric has been tutoring my daughter, for the last several weeks, as she prepares to study abroad in Argentina. He is a great teacher, verythrorough and he genuinely enjoys what he does. She has definitely grasped a better understanding of Spanish, specifically, the dialect of Argentina. She has enjoyed their weekly sessions and has become much more confident in her communicating abilities. Highly recommended!

I was signed up to take a Kaplan course for GMAT prep and was talking to a co-worker about it when they told me their story. They took one of the same Kaplan courses I was signed up to take and didn't get their desired GMAT score. In their second attempt, they signed up for private tutoring with John Easter, one of Elite Home Tutoring tutors, and their GMAT score improved by over 100 points. After hearing this story, I called to cancel my Kaplan class & signed up with Elite Home Tutoring, with a special request to work with John. During my studies, I decided that I wanted to take the GRE instead of the GMAT. I explained this to my tutor John and to Eric at Elite Home Tutoring and the change was so simple. John is not only skilled in GMAT prep but GRE prep as well. So the only thing that would need to change were the materials. If you're looking for the best resources for test prep I highly recommend Elite Home Tutoring. I have no complaints!

She is great! I was in need of a SAT english tutor in order to compete for a spot at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She showed up on time and if needed would stay extra to make sure I actually improved. I was extremely confident heading into my test and was accepted into West Point. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of any help with english. In addition, she helped me with writing a letter to West Point on why I want to attend. She is great!!!

Mrs. Konie is fantastic!!! My six year old has ADHD and has struggled in preschool and kindergarten as a result. His reading and writing abilities were well below the level required for a student of his age. For three moths, he worked with Mrs. Konie, twice a week, to improve these critical skills. To my surprise, my son now reads and writes. Most importantly, he enjoys the challenges of both. Thank you, Mrs. Konie.

Joseph Descans helped me with the editing of several documents. His knowledge and editing skills were outstanding, and his patience with the process was the best part. It can be tremendously frustrating when you have "writer's block" and the words just don't come out right, but a patient tutor is such a great asset to have in your back pocket!

Marie Woodruff holds multiple advanced degrees and is also the author of numerous books. She assisted in my education throughout the 1980s. Now a professional writer, proofreader, and copyeditor myself, Marie is still an invaluable asset to me when I need a fresh eye to review copy. She is highly qualified for grade-school tutoring in English and grammar skills, and is patient and kind, but firm, with her charges. Please feel free to contact me for more information. Kim L. Mary Ellen is one of the best English and writing tutors out there. She has been working with both of my sons, now ages 14 and 17, for several years, helping them develop their writing and literary analysis skills. My older son had problems organizing his thoughts and expressing his ideas clearly and succinctly, and Mary Ellen was instrumental in helping him develop these writing skills. She is adept at literary analysis, an area my younger son needed support in, and provided the extra help he needed to fully comprehend the difficult novels his class was reading. As importantly, Mary Ellen has an amazing ability to relate to her students and both my boys looked forward to working with her.
