Latest Review: I spent a lot of time researching trainers in Fresno. I met alot of them and discussed what their personal training style was. Most of the time, the were prescribing "cookie-cutter" workouts which the they applied to all their clients.
Chris came highly recommended and as soon as I met him I could see why. Chris' knowledge really impressed me, he asked me the right kind of questions and put me on a great workout plan. He has a degree in Kinesiology and it shows.
I have been training with Chris for a few months now and it shows. Workouts are always different, exciting and never "comfortable". He always finds ways to push me beyond my limits and we continually adapt new workouts and techniques to reach new goals.
I have had problems with my lower back and neck in the past, so if they feel sore one day, Chris will have me try different routines which allow me to push hard, without effective my problem areas.
I wish I could train 7 days a week with Chris!
