Latest Review: I started training with Aaron about 18 months ago now. I had never gone to a personal trainer before and swung between eagerly not knowing what to expect, mixed with some degree of gymtimidation.
Aaron is truly great- the proof of this is my first intention was to do only 5 sessions with him, just to give my personal fitness plan a boost. Some 75-odd weeks later, Im still not giving up my trainer any time soon! First, Aaron takes time to understand where you are at, and where you ultimately want to be. He does this in a subtle, very approachable way, never being judgmental or anything other than completely positive. Then he sets about helping you get there. Clearly the most important element in all this is his technical knowledge- he pays extreme attention to ones form conducting the exercises. His main goal here is to prevent injury, which I think cannot be underestimated. He designs our workout sessions to be fun, varied, motivational so one can appreciate the gains, and focused to achieve ones goals. Aaron works around any health issues one might have, and does a really great job of reading how one feels on the day and applying just the right amount of push to get the job done. Aarons knowledge of anatomy and physiology has really impressed me personally; he quickly identified weaknesses I had, which almost unbeknownst to me had affected my daily life, probably for years. Many of our exercises are specifically focused on correcting these issues and I am reaping the noticeable benefits of this every day.
I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough. Anyone training with him will receive a quality, professional experience, which is fun and rewarding. As well as an excellent trainer, he is also a great guy, which has made many a session of nose to the grindstone something I still want to do again and again
