I have been going to EmpowerFit for about 7 years. I have 4 kids, work full-time, and go school so my 5:30am workout in the park gets my day going! Kelly is a great bootcamp coach. She motivates, pushes you and makes you want more. She is great about following up with us if she hasn't seen us in awhile. Oh don't think you get off the hook if it is your birthday. She remembers everyone's birthday and you get to do some FABULOUS birthday burpees ;). I do have to say, the way she promotes health and fitness it ends becoming a habit and a way of life! When my former trainer moved from the area this gave me an opportunity to try Patrick. When I observed him train his clients and the intensity he displays during his own workouts, I knew that's what I wanted. Patrick is passionate about health and fitness and his ability to convey this has been very motivating in and out of the gym. And if you have any pain or physical limitations, Patrick will show you how to mitigate these by incorporating mobility and other exercises. Introducing kettle bells and TRX bands has definitely amped up my workouts, they're challenging and that's what I get when I train with Patrick, a challenging workout.
Every work out is different and challenging. I never get bored by the work out and my body gets the challenge it needs to stay healthy and fit. Abu keeps reminding us to eat properly and take good care of our bodies. He inspires us to work to our fullest capacity and he plays a great variety of music to work out to. We laugh and have fun and do a complete muscle and cardio workout in an hour. What could be better?
MyFiTRx and coach Carlo helped me reset my weight and bodyfat level back to where it was pre- children days for me! And I'm a grandmother! I love the exercise sessions that Carlo has put together for the program! I continue to gain lean muscle and keep my body fat steady. The exercises are challenging and fun and keep me motivated!
