"Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didn’t want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price. Only a few weeks before my wedding I asked if Krista could help me with my favor tags since I was running out of time to do them myself. Krista came up with an amazing design that matched our invitations and had them to me in record time. Working with Krista on the invitations and favor tags was probably the smoothest part of planning my wedding. With Babies on the brain I know I will be in touch soon to help with baby announcements and kid birthday parties. I am a customer for life. Thank you Krista!!!"

"Her services started out with a phone consultation where my husband and I were able to ask questions about what her services include. After we hired her, I then met with her via Skype to discuss the details of our wedding while my husband was at work. The day before the wedding, she came to our venue for the dress rehearsal and ran us through the entire ceremony a couple times. Finally, where it mattered most, on the day of our wedding, Marie showed up with her assistants and connected with all of our vendors, set up all of the tables based on pictures I sent her, stayed in contact with my wedding party and family who helped with setup, checked in with my husband and I often, and kept us on schedule throughout the entire outdoor ceremony and reception! Marie also offered her assistance with any requests my husband or I had. She and her team did all this through the 40 mph winds that kept blowing everything off our tables! After reflecting on our big day and the weeks leading up to it, there's only one thing that I wish I would have done differently, which is to stay completely hidden before walking down the aisle. My flower girl and ring bearer took a bit longer to walk down, and my dad and I were standing visibly at the door ready to walk out for a couple minutes before we finally took our first step. I could have simply requested to stay hidden from Marie or hid myself until go time, however I thought of it too late and my husband already saw me. He still got emotional though so it worked out regardless! Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!! Everything turned out so beautifully and the events were smooth sailing! Without a doubt, I would absolutely hire Marie again and again. I give her my highest level of recommendation, and I know every bride- and groom-to-be would be pleased with her services! :)"

"She was very friendly and professional for our consultation call - I immediately felt like I was comfortable working with her long distance and hired her the next day. Let me just say, Jill went above and beyond BEFORE the "day of" that I hired her for. Although I had done a lot (so I thought), there was still so much more to do... thank goodness Jill was there to help me! She tied up loose ends with a couple of the vendors that I had been having a hard time communicating with. She stayed on top of keeping in contact with all my vendors regarding any changes, confirming details, etc. She was even so kind as to loan me a few decorations that I couldn't figure out at the last minute. As soon as Jill got to the cabin on the wedding day, she immediately got to work setting up last minute decorations. I didn't see her again until the ceremony and she did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. After the ceremony, she went straight to the reception and met all the vendors there to help get everything set up. When the wedding party arrived, it was clear everyone had been taken care of. Needless to say, the rest of the reception was a breeze! I would highly recommend Exquisite Weddings & Events. If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I would change would be to hire Jill as my full time coordinator rather than day of. For the price, it doesn't get any better! Thanks Jill!!"

"Vanessa is nothing short of fantastic! Love her. She is professional, adorable, quick to respond, and made our lives so much easier in planning and executing the wedding of our daughter in May. The very formal event was flawless and Nessa was on every point of detail to make sure it all was perfect. I would hire her again for any event that i need a coordinator for. She created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure it was executed. She showed up during the photo session while my daughter was getting dressed for the wedding and ran around the California Club handling the organizing of the bridal party for the various photos. She took the pew flowers from the church and rushed them to the California Club to hang them on the grand staircase entryway. She made sure the cocktail period ran smoothly while photos were being taken. Vanessa oversaw the receiving line so that it moved rapidly and smoothly. Nessa made sure the band did exactly what they were supposed to and kept to the time line. She oversaw the various parts of the dinner program like the cake cutting, tossing the bouquet and garter, etc. i don't know what we would have done without her. She allowed me to be able to enjoy our daughter's very formal wedding day with no worries Do not think TWICE about hiring Vanessa Vargas to coordinate your wedding or any event. You will NOT be sorry. She is perfect. Get her on your team and you will be much happier and relaxed. One of the most important things for me in hiring a consultant for this wedding was that she would treat the fantastic staff of the California Club with great respect. They loved Nessa and thought she was incredibly wonderful. I give her five stars in all areas. She could not have been more terrific."

"She participated in most of my vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on both the days. Her timeline was on spot- Not only did she create a timeline for both of my events, she even created a timeline for my third event as well, which we didn’t hire her for (I wish we had). She even created a ‘Guest Timeline’ for our guests who were visiting from out of state/country which put in the welcome gift basket. She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well. Ishita is very easy and great to work with, so friendly, so sweet and calm and very professional. She always stepped in during my bridezilla moments to calm me down. Here are a few examples of what Ishita accomplished for me: 1. She took all of our favors, gifts, table numbers, table name cards, etc. and ensured they were all setup before the event started. 2. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings and gave them to a family member. 3. She made sure our families ate and had a good time. 4. On the reception day, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat, she made sure she packed us some food to go. Who does that?? 5. She made sure we took pictures with all our families who were visiting from out state/county 6. She helped our decorator to insure everything was setup before the event were to start. 7. She and her husband (who is great as well) helped my sister with a skit/dance. I cannot recommend her enough! I feel so blessed to have met her.
