Mr. Capucio's massage was one of the most memorable massage experiences ever. A consummate professional, deeply intuitive, layered knowledge of body, mind, spirit his energy and sensitivity in conjunction with true intention for healing brought me an experience of massage therapy that one can only experiences once in a lifetime! Seriously like a sumptuous heavenly divination for the soul from a beautiful soul. Very well mannered, kind and a true minister in his chosen and extremely well nurtured profession. Thank you Stephen. You are a keeper. Hope to be able to do another session next time in CA. Blessings and awe for your example of what I see you as - a true and authentic healer. Much gratitude. As a serial student, I am on a constant quest for self-improvement and life’s truths. This journey began in college with a Psychology degree but after a traumatic divorce I quickly dispelled traditional forms of therapy when I discovered and experience Brief Solution Therapy. I also am a huge fan of Tony Robbins but in my analysis his techniques where remarkably effective on the conscious level. I knew that personal limiting beliefs from my abused childhood residing in my subconscious were preventing me from being my best self. So my journey continued into NLP which in turn led me to Ericksonian hypnosis. All highly valid and powerful forms of therapy yet something was still missing. Enter Randy and Brainspotting. Isn’t life grand!?! “There are no accidents” as it’s only fitting that I write this review on Thumbtack as this is the site that I somehow happened upon that led me to Randy and this strange brief therapy called Brainspotting. Randy immediately responded to my inquiry stating that “Brainspotting goes deeper than hypnosis” so of course I just had to try it. Without spoiling your personal Brainspotting experience in describing the process let me focus on the results: Profound. After just one session I felt an inner calm and peace that I’ve never before experience. Not only was I free of daily struggles but the impact has not been just inner-world but immediately manifested in my outer-world as well. Life has “flowed” effortlessly with tangible new opportunities that have been transformative. Most importantly my newly discovered better self has dramatically and positively affected the lives of my family and the people I love most. What could be more important? Brainspotting has been life-altering for me as I’m certain it will be for you but lastly and most importantly is Randy himself. The love, empathy and compassion I experienced from Randy guiding me through my personal journey of self-discovery as left me in awe of his humanity.

Grace Pacheco is an amazing therapist. My partner and I had been rather "stuck" for nearly six months. We were not unhappy, but we were not happy either. Through her premarital survey, my partner and I were able to see more clearly areas that could benefit from growth but also areas in which we excelled. She gave us affirmation that we needed to keep feeling like our choice to be together was a positive decision and also gave us hope; hope that with minor changes (mostly broadening our empathy and understanding for one another) we had the potential to be in an even better place than before. Because of Grace's excellent help, both my partner and I gained the confidence to share feelings we had been hesitant to share for the six years we have been together because Grace showed us that it was not about sparing each other's feelings. She helped us realize that by remaining silent, the feelings would only muster up resentment and multiply to larger issues. Grace aided us in highlighting our strengths to explain how and why it is we've gotten so far in our relationship. In summary, Grace is an amazing, honest, and energetic therapist. She does not pretend to be beyond her expertise and always told us if she felt something was beyond her scope. She treated us with dignity, respect, and positive worth. We were not just "clients", we were really people with legitimate obstacles. My favorite characteristic about Grace..... She's validating. She did not feed us the "things could be worse" line. She highlighted that everyone has different lows, but that does not take away from it being YOUR low. She made us feel important and individual. I will forever value her for how I was treated and how she helped me with my partner. Amazing Grace, thank you.

Diana is an incredibly warm, empathic, playful, and nonjudgmental therapist. She really accepts you as you are and whole heartedly wants to make changes with you. I am always impressed by her ability to make sense of things and reflect it back to me in an alternative way. She has opened my eyes to so many patterns and defenses I have, and has done it in a way that felt kind and safe. I would really recommend her to anyone I know.

Kim lead a women's group that I was apart of for 3 months. In this group, Kim provided a safe space where I felt inspired to share and supported in opening up to difficult life situations. She has a natural way of listening with such loving care that I felt heard and seen by her. Not only does she listen with a nurturing ear, but she provides insightful perspectives that came in the form of something to the sound of "what I heard was". However, Kim would not only repeat back what I shared in her own words, but provided insight and connections so that I had a new vision on the same situation, only this time my vision was a lot more expansive. This allowed me to dive into places within myself I didn't know I had access to. My "problem" became an opportunity to grow and evolve. I am forever thankful for her support in my life during those 3 months.
