Martin came to my house on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem with my PC ( dead motherboard) and then helped me back up the data on the drives to my laptop. Very professional, helpful and courteous service.
Jeffrey was very responsive. He communicated promptly via email and arrived on time to my home to assist me with set up of a new laptop. He was professional and knowledgable. I recommend Jeffrey for your PC needs.
This is a tremendous company with a great guy running it!!! Over two decades I have encountered multiple PC emergencies; from fried hard drives (the dead apple symbols haunt me still), damaged mother boards, and those stealthy viruses that seemingly destroy all data. Hence; I have used arguably every brick and mortars store around and dozens of tech "gurus" with varying levels of satisfaction. A&G goes beyond expectations with convenience (Andrei will come to where you are if need be) and laudable depth of knowledge. If you are ever in need of a true GURU call A&G before even considering other options. GR
Richard repaired my laptop (PC) screen and two keys on my keyboard. He was professional, the service was fast and he was very knowledgeable. Richard worked around my schedule and was responsive to all my inquires. The price was fair and he seemed to care about getting me the best deal - not making a profit at any cost. I would absolutely recommend Richard for any repairs you need!
Humberto was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and skilled in PC ands Mac systems. He took the time to explain each step of the repair and tried to teach me a better understanding of my computer. Will definitely use him again and refer him to all my friends. His prices were very, very reasonable.
Pretty great! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Hope the fix sticks! I will definitely use Andy again for my PC needs.
I do see myself calling them again for any more future pc problems
We could NOT be happier! Marie was very knowledgeable, she did her research then she and her fiance' traveled an hour to our home to pick up the laptop, took it back to her place to repair, then traveled back that evening to return it so that my son could have it the next day. I guarantee, if I have any further problems with laptops, pc's or phones, I'll be calling her again.
They worked on my Macbook Pro 15", and also built me a dedicated audio/video editing PC. I would recommend them to any and everyone that wants a professional and knowledgeable company with reasonable prices and a reasonable turnaround time.
I only used Thumbtack one time for a referral for a home security project. I received four responses to my inquiry, and Sym from Wilkins Communications came to my home do a site assessment. He listened to my concerns and worked up a professional bid that would fit my needs. Wilkins Communications was not the least expensive bid I received, but I believe strongly that there are intangibles that contribute to the value you are getting that is difficult to monetize, but ultimately contribute to the overall value you are receiving. First of all, there are the things that you should expect, but often DON'T get these days... 1) Symeon and his associate arrived exactly when they promised for all appointments. 2) They listen to my needs and developed a plan for placement of of my security cameras. 3) A professional contract was provided. 4) The work was completed on time and done well. 5) Symeon made sure the software was correctly installed on my PC, Mac, iPad and iPhone. He gave me an overview of the software so I knew how to perform all the tasks I needed. 5) The team cleaned up after themselves, there was no "sorry for the mess, I'm having some work done in my house" feeling you get when people stop by. I thought my wonderful experience ended here, but I had reason to contact Symeon a little over a year later... I was cross-country for a Thanksgiving family reunion, and somehow I accidentally deleted three apps from my phone, one of which was my security camera app. The time you need to monitor your cameras most is when you are away from home, right? I was able to locate and reinstall the app, but tried as I might, I just couldn't get the setup completed correctly with the right credentials. I found an old e-mail from Symeon and reached out over the holiday. Maybe I just got lucky, but he got back to me immediately with the exact instructions to get my app reconnected so I could have eyes back on my house. I was especially relieved that I could check in on my pet sitter to make sure my fur babies were ok. I would highly recommend Wilkins Communications!
My Mac Mini (Late 2012), had been slowing down little by little. A friend at my work, who knows way more about these things than I do, recently had his Mini upgraded at a local shop. I asked him what he had done and how much it cost him. After some contemplation and investigation I decided I was going to invest a little and upgrade my Mac Mini, too. I decided I was going to add more memory (4 to 16GB) and upgrade to a solid state internal drive (500GB). Everything I read said that replacing the memory was a piece of cake, but that the Solid State Internal Drive was a little difficult for a rookie like me, plus there was this thing about backing up the data and then reinstalling it. I chose to purchase the items myself and then have them installed professionally. I had spoken to a couple of shops nearby and was given some quotes. After I had acquired the parts, I was ready to take them to the shop and get it done. When I called the shop I had chosen, their quote came back way more than they had previously stated. It was at this point, that I chose to try something else. I Googled Mac Repair and found a site that referred me to several local people who did this type of stuff. MacMyWorld seemed to fit my criteria and their initial quote seemed to be reasonably priced. I contacted them, thru the site, and shortly after I was contacted by Tommy. From the very beginning, Tommy seemed to be knowledgable and he was quick to present me with my options. Which included me backing up and reinstalling the data myself, which would have saved me a few bucks, or I could have him do it, which would include a complete diagnostics check and repair, Malware check and removal, back up and reinstall system and migrate user data back into my Mini. Lets just say, this was no small matter. My system and drive had not been backed up for some time (years), so backing it up now took two full days. Once that was completed the rest was completed in less than a day, as promised. Tommy updated me all along the way and kept me in the loop during each step of the process. Tommy of MacMyDay, was a total professional and did everything that was promised and at a very reasonable price. *The quoted price didn't change, even after my drive that was almost dead, took two additional days to transfer the data. I know this review is a little long, but I can't emphasize how pleased I was and am with Tommy and MacMyDay and the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for all your computer needs. Don't hesitate to give them a try, when the need arises, you will be pleasantly surprised at their quality work and reasonable fees. ****** Would have given them SIX stars if i could have. ******
Matt is very responsive and efficient in taking care of pc / laptop issues. I have used his services several times and will continue to do so.
I’m very happy with my laptop screen repair! There was some misinterpretation in the beginning on the price but this company agreed on a fair, reasonable price. Great customer service!! Highly recommend.
What an amazing experience. Finally a service that I, as a senior citizen, can rely on to not only repair, debug and restore to optimal service my computers and laptop. I'm sure that there are many of my peers that have had the same frustrating experiences with "customer support techs" that I have had. I know that as long as I can rely on Elder PC Tech, I will never have to go through another demeaning experience of trying to explain my problems and understand the answers. Your service has restored my appreciation for available technology.
