Megan was our dual florist & coordinator for our wedding yesterday & she was simply outstanding! The bouquets & floral arrangements were gorgeous & she realized my vision flawlessly. As far as coordinating went, she was on point! She definitely knows her stuff & was a huge help & resource for me, suggesting ideas & making sure we had all our bases covered. There were certainly things she brought up that we hadn't even thought of or considered & that was really helpful, especially when planning a wedding with a million little details to cover. On the night, everything ran so smoothly, we were on time, & the night just went off without a hitch. Megan definitely knows what she is doing & you will be in good hands with her. We are both so happy with her services & absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of an outstanding florist or event coordinator!
Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. They are SO skilled at what they do, will take on any challenge you throw at them, and from the moment I spoke to Jessica, I knew I could trust her with everything. I am so beyond grateful to have found Jessica and Dustin, and am looking forward to the next family member to get married so I can work with them again!
Ricki did a great job as our very detailed wedding planner! She found us the most perfect and beautiful place for our outdoor rustic style wedding! My Fiancé (now husband) and I were very demanding so it was a relief to have Ricki in our planning process. Ricki had everything all planned and ready to go, down to the last detail. She understood and was considerate of our culture and even spoke Spanish with our guests! She worked with me, every step of the way by sharing exactly my vision for my wedding. She has a no-problem attitude, embracing any last minute changes! I was immediately impressed with her endless energy and generosity with her time. She was always available to me, day or night, taking care of any concerns I had at the moment. Keeping the budget in mind, she found us a great photographer, hairdresser, make up artist, dessert maker, baker, and mariachis at a very reasonable price. On the day of, she assisted with making sure everything was placed precisely as we envisioned in the venue and everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Ricki for her most detailed, accurate and attentive service. We could not have done it without her!
Amazing service and assistance! They provided several quotes, options, and ideas even. They were able to deliver and pick up the wine glasses, flutes, chairs, and linens. They were kind, on time, and personable. Great service. I would and have already recommended them to others. They seriously made my wedding day stress-free.

I was in search for a luxury wedding planner for a private estate for my wedding. I could never the perfect venue space without her help! The private estate that I am going to have my wedding is simply beautiful! I called a lot of local planners and spoke to a few on thumbtack to find the right place, but she was the only one to care genuinely about my needs and concerns and delivered QUICKLY. Now she is my wedding planner. She is very professional and extremely good at follow-through. She has a solid experience and great connections in the industry. I will recommend her to anyone who is planning an event. I will write more about her after my honeymoon! :)

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

I had the best experience with Victoria. She had amazing ideas for my wedding day. The touch of blues in a silver and white tone theme added elegance and grace, just as I was imagining it. All flowers were really fresh and guests were all eager to take it home after. Despite the great work, I had no issues communicating and from the start of our consultation, I noticed how quickly I was understood with my requests. My bouquet was so full and heavy, so I know I got my money’s worth. Definitely a to-go-to florist with any wants and needs that will be fulfilled beyond expected.
Jessell planned our wedding. She coordinated everything. She worked with the caterer, florist, DJ, and production company...all we had to do was say "yes" or "no". Her onsite team was awesome and kept things running. Our friends are still talking about how cool it was. We would not have done anything differently, so 5 stars all around!
Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!

I hired Golden State Events for my wedding, they had a million things thrown at them. There were issues with the band, power for the microphone at the ceremony, hotel dropping the ball on meals for my guests, and I never heard a peep. Everything was taken care of and everyone had such an amazing time. Every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Really grateful we were able to work with Golden State Events. I would recommend them a million times over! Thank you!!
Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! We hired Jessica as our day-of coordinator for our summer wedding in downtown Long Beach. She was priced so fairly, especially considering what others in the area were going to charge, but she is worth a lot more! My husband (!) and I are both graduate students whose busy schedules made it challenging to plan the wedding down to the details. We loved Jessica's positivity, support, and suggestions in the moments where we had no idea what we were doing (which was most of the time). She helped us create a vision for our wedding day and coordinated all the vendors. While most of the vendors were great and worked together as a team, our venue was generally unresponsive and Jessica dealt with them sternly, but professionally, to help us nail down the final details. She was available to meet in person and over the phone, doing her best to answer all of our questions and quell every anxiety! We bought several decorations and she told us to bring them in boxes and let her figure out what looked best instead of trying to plan where every little thing would go--I will NEVER forget walking into the venue and seeing it transformed into the PERFECT space. The lights, the tables, the centerpieces--I couldn't believe it had come together so well. The decor and the vibe exceeded every expectation. On the day, she rolled with the punches (like when our favors arrived melted). Her demeanor was calm and it helped me to relax during what could have been stressful transitions--from ceremony to photos to dinner (she made sure we ate) to dancing. I distinctly remember looking over during dinner to see her quietly fixing the two flower girls' "itchy" dresses with tulle. It was such a sweet moment, and just one example of how she went above and beyond to make the whole day great. We will be forever grateful that we found Jessica! She deserves all the praise for making our day perfect. It was so wonderful to be able to put so many details in her hands and trust that they'd turn out well. Even if your venue/event doesn't require a day-of coordinator, I'd really recommend it--and I hope you can book Jessica!! :) -Hilary & Ryan
Everything was great from the food to decor , I will definitely be working with the Expreience events again. They were so patient and welcoming. My baby shower was amazing and the food was even better. Great communication as well, seeing as though my plans were last minute because my original planner cancelled a week before they still worked with me and gave me a great experience at nearly half the price, the balloons were beautiful, cake was delicious, and everything was crafted to perfection. I Highly recommend .
Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!
Kelly of Bella B Events was FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond the call of duty for my daughter's wedding and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. She spent so much time with us pre-wedding to make sure all of your wishes were communicated to her and she handled herself as well as our wedding day in the most professional manner.
