Jonathan is the perfect personal trainer for busy professionals. He is patient, focused, supportive, professional, and educated. But he’s also hilarious and fun. Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!

I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. He educates me on the numbers I should aim for my nutrients and calories. Overall I've seen AMAZING results with Manuk and I can not wait to see my results in the next few months. Thank you Manuk for getting me motivated again!!!!

Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. It's been a year since I started working with Derek. In this one year I've learnt a lot from Derek in terms of overall fitness, exercises, right postures, nutrition and so on. He does due diligence with your current physical state and tailors the exercises according to what is best for your body. I'm very happy that I choose Derek as my personal trainer as his recommendations and training has helped me be in track to achieve my goals. More than a trainer Derek has become a great friend of mine. Along with the exhaustion I look forward to the great conversations we have at the gym.

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.

Allen is one of the best trainers ever. He is very professional and cares about his clients. I have been working out with him for a little longer than a year and it has been awesome. I am currently pregnant and I know he will help me get back on track after having the baby!! If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo

Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.

I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned. He was correct! I am down several sizes and still going. The personal one-on-one training is great and his positive attitude keeps me coming back for more!

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.

Carolyn is not the run of the mill trainer! She is a different kind of personal trainer who actually cares about her clients. She evaluated me as a whole person: personality, habits, diet and mental state. In one week I felt results because she understands my body type and ability.
