OJ is extremely knowledgeable of strength conditioning and the human body. Not only does he train you, he ensures you do all exercises in a safe manner. He wants all his clients to achieve their goals and motivates each individual to try their best at their own pace. When I signed up with Megan she told me that I would love coming to workout. She was right! The way she structures the class, the fact that in 2 months I've NEVER done the same workout twice, the way she knows exactly how to push, and her hilarious, welcoming personality have made me look forward to every workout - 3 times a week for me. I've never done strength training and it sure doesn't look fun - but somehow it is. And it works - I'm stronger already. Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. So many times I have tried to lose the weight that I gained over the last 10 years. I wanted to feel that confidence again when I looked at my body in the mirror. I have tried many diets, gym memberships, DVDs and other trainers. I crossed paths with Meghan through my daughter and it was one of the best things that could have happen to me. I was at a low point with feeling that I was never go to lose the weight and would probably never get back the confidence. Meghan was my trainer for 4 months and in that time I found someone that not only knows whats she is talking about but each and every time I trained with her she was not only my motivational support in my physical growth but emotional as well. She helped me look in the mirror and not see all the imperfection but all the wonderful accomplishments I was making with my strength and cardio training! Meghan loves what she does and it shows in the way she lives and in the way she lets you know she is invest in YOU, it not just a job to her. She will walk you through a grocery store and teach you what to look for, she will text or email you recipes, she will educate you on workouts and she will teach you about the importance of a healthier you rather than a thinner you, that will come with just learning to be healthy. My knowledge on exercise and food has come so far and I have been working on my own using the tools she taught me to continue toward my overall goal. This time I know I will reach them and the game changer was her.
I have been working with Sandy for about two months. She has been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and her work-outs kick butt!! Sandy has been very flexible in scheduling appointments and she is always on time. The sessions she has created for me have been an excellent mix of cardio, strength training, and AB work. None of the sessions have been boring! I highly recommend her services!!
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

Trainer Jon helped me with my nutrition and guided me through strength training and powerlifting to accomplish my goal and help me find my new passion. Corey is very disciplined and reliable. Kind and considerat, he will adapt to your level but -will- push you to your limit (within reason). In less than two months I am already feeling a huge difference in strength and stamina. Just don't try to bargain with him on doing less push-ups, it won't work.
I have only had a few sessions with Nicole so far but have found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She has a focus on correct form to prevent injury and maximize effect. When training she has the right balance of pushing and cheering you on.
EG's Training is a great place for anyone to develop a training regiment or a plan to help to lose weight. Eddie was always focused on performing all excerises correctly and that I had a great experience while I worked out.
I had been planning to lose weight for a long time, but had never commited to it. When I moved to Irvine, and met Lamar, I was reluctant to start working with a trainer, but decided to do it. Now, after 4 months, I would say one of the best things about my time in Irvine has been working with Lamar. I had lost weight as an adult before, but always by doing very long sessions of cardio, combined with a very restrictive diet. Now, working with Lamar, this is the first time in my life I have been able to lose weight while eating normal food, at normal times, in reasonable portions. This is also the first time in my life I have been able to do strength training, which has resulted in more effective workouts, in a shorter time, and which I think has significantly improved how I feel. My progress under Lamar has been very gradual, and I sometimes have bad days, and even bad weeks. But the progressive improvement has kept adding up, and over the course of 4 months, I have lost at least 20-25 pounds. When I look back, I am surprised at how big the change has been. If you want to improve your health and fitness, or lose weight, I highly recommend working with Lamar.
