What impressed me most was his honesty and technical expertise. Regarding our stucco issues, he wisely recommended repairing only the necessary sections to save costs, rather than a full overhaul. He also provided a meticulous breakdown of how to bring our unpermitted windows and kitchen work up to city code, explaining every detail from weatherproofing to screw placement. Joey has a great eye for detail; he identified issues with garage plumbing, door fittings, and even misinstalled rain gutters that others missed. He is also refreshingly budget-conscious—he actually talked me out of expensive garage epoxy, advising me to prioritize structural needs instead.
