Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I have trained with Paul Harvey for 5+ years. I have been working with various trainers for 15 years total, and had never found one who understood my goals and knew how to achieve them. When I started with Paul I was 178 lbs. At 6'4" tall, that was very skinny. My goal was to put on lean muscle. I've added about 30lbs of lean muscle and have a six pack. Paul advises me on how to achieve my goals both inside the gym and at home. He is a smart guy and can carry on a conversation about more than just working-out. He makes me laugh and we have lively debates about current events. Even when I take the skills I've learned from him to my own solo workouts, I still never sweat as much as I do when I work out with Paul. He is a great motivator.

I was a little over weight and couldn't figure out why I was having so much trouble getting rid of that last little bit of fat around my stomach. I am an active guy who eats healthy and exercises regularly. I was convinced that I was doing everything right and there was nothing more I could do. I had come to the point where I told myself this was as good as I'm ever going to look and this was my body's limitation. I met with Manuk. We sat down for a consultation. He asked me about my weight training routine, my diet and my overall lifestyle, both in and out of the gym. Then we got deep. He not only wanted to know what I wanted out of fitness but also why I wanted it. I love how detail oriented he was. He seemed to genuinely care. I was a little bit caught off guard because I was just used to those trainers at big corporate gyms that all they wanted to do was sign you up for training so they can hit their monthly quota. However, I felt like Manuk was different. The consultation was unrushed. He broke down fitness in a way that really sank in for me. Finally, he mapped out a plan on how we would, "attack this obstacle." I was in and couldn't wait to start. We trained 3-4 times per week. I had a program and diet to follow and we coordinated the days to make sure we hit every muscle in my body. I had to do check-ins with him whenever I did cardio and on the days we weren't working out together to make sure I stayed on track. He would usually ask me what I ate the night before or what I was planning on eating throughout the day. Diet was a huge part of it and Manuk helped me figure out a plan that worked for me. I work long hours and I don't have the luxury of cooking every night. I loved the way my body changed. I loved how much stronger I had gotten. I loved how lean I was and most of all I loved how despite my own thoughts, I had pushed past my plateau. Manuk took my body to the next level, to say the least. I trained with almost all of his trainers - Corey, Rachel, Jeanne, and Kevin. Every one of his trainers are great! Each trainer has a slightly different approach, all of which are awesome (even though I was sore after almost every session haha). Thank you LaPere Fitness for kicking my butt!

Mark is a great trainer!! He is different from other trainers. He can relate to his clients and makes you feel he's on the journey with you. I've never felt intimidated with him like I have with past trainers. He has made me feel better about myself. I'm feeling more energized,healthy and confident about myself. Oh and the food he cooks are so good and healthy so it has all helped me out tremendously on my journey to staying healthy and fit. If you want a trainer who can be a mentor and a friend not just some stone cold trainer then Mark is the guy for you!!

Vinny has been an extremely motivating force in my life. I had always been intimidated by the gym scene and by trainers. Vinny alleviated both of these fears very quickly by instilling in me a sense of self confidence that I could absolutely meet my goals. He helped me realize the proper ways to eat and how frequently to increase my energy and metabolism. My body fat has decreased while my lean muscle mass has increased. He constantly challenges me and has made me realize that I am capable of anything, even the confidence to defend myself. Because I never thought that I could defend myself if I was ever attacked. This confidence has transferred over to many facets of my life.

Jim is an excellent trainer. He has great rapport, and he's very creative and inventive in coming up with ways to build muscle and core strength and stamina . So far we've met three times, and I feel 100% better already - fatigued but with a feeling of accomplishment. I actually look forward to each workout because I know Jim will help me meet my goals. What I like about Jim the best, though, is something he does after the workout. He just texts a word of encouragement or a thumbs up or a note on how I did. I've worked out with many trainers in the past, and no one has done that. It's a great way to keep this 66 year old motivated. I highly recommend him.

We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!

Allen is one of the best trainers ever. He is very professional and cares about his clients. I have been working out with him for a little longer than a year and it has been awesome. I am currently pregnant and I know he will help me get back on track after having the baby!! If you are looking for a personal trainer he is your go to person, he tries to be flexible with your schedules to meet your needs and his prices are very reasonable!!

Worth every penny for sure. First, the facilities at Next Level Fitness are top notch and allow for variation in exercises. Equipment very well maintained. Lee is the type of trainer who listens to what you want to accomplish and helps you achieve that. I wanted someone to motivate me and push me and he was awesome at increasing intensity when needed while being very careful about avoiding injury. Knowing that I am a runner, Lee didn't focus as much on cardio. Instead, he tackled my weaknesses by focusing on compound movements and core exercises since I'm a beginner in strength training. In short, he is not a cookie-cutter trainer. The warm up and stretch routines he taught me have been very helpful in maintaining healthy and happy joints (specially since I run frequently). Furthermore, he helped learn how to continue training on my own beyond our sessions, unlike other trainers who just want your money. I feel prepared to hit the gym on my own for a while, but I will definitely be coming back to Lee. He is very flexible with his time and will go out of his way to accommodate you. Always on time, always prepared, very organized, and overall a pleasant person to be around.

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.

I easily get bored and unmotivated with my workouts. Whether i have 1x or 3x a week to workout with her, Lindsey keeps me on my toes and guessing. Sometimes we meet at the beach, sometimes we go for a hike, sometimes we workout at my home. But each workout i leave feeling accomplished and refreshed (and just the right amount of sore the next day!). This confidence keeps me motivated to make good choices in my diet and habits to compliment my workout activity. She’s not stuffy or pushy, and treats you like a human being. She adjusts my workouts to help with my bad back (disk herniation) and never makes me feel like I’m not working hard enough if there’s something i can’t do. I can’t recommend her enough if you are looking for someone to motivate you, but not shame you like I’ve had trainers do to me in the past. Whatever your skill level, she’s a good one!
