Mia's Martini was absolutely wonderful. Mia's Martini worked closely with us before, during & after the sweet 15 to provide fantastic bar-tending services. Not only Mia's Martini was professional and responsive but they are extremely helpful in planning on how much alcohol to buy, even if you want to design a signature drink , and working with the supplies we had. We hired Tony for a family reunion of well over 200 people. He arrived well before the guests to set up his bar and equipment. His bar is outstanding! He not only helped me figure out how to pull it off by helping with rentals, bar service & set up as well as what and how to serve what was truly fantastic food. He and his team were on time professional and efficient. The food was beautiful and have received nothing but praise. Marcel was EXCELLENT! I had an unusual catering job, one he hadn't done before. He was terrific at following up with me, patient when I had to delay getting back to him, and took care to understand exactly what I needed. And then he carried it out to the letter, with perfect results. And he's super easy to work with. Bartender Rob Neighbors was hired to service our event on Feb 1st. He showed up 1/2 hr early to set himself up on his time. The celebration was a hit! The turnout of guest that attended were very impressed with our bartender Rob Neighbors. Rob made specialty drinks for guest when requested. His repore with our guest was outstanding. He also walked around when able to pick up empty cups of drinks on the tables. I have hired other bartenders and never recieved this type of excellent service. Rob added that final and important touch to our event by his Professional and Outstanding service. Rob and one of his bartenders helped serve wine to 400 patrons during our fall fundraising event. Not only was he prompt and courteous, he was also quick to offer help if needed. He and the bartender he brought with him were both professional and dressed for the occasion. I found that he went above and beyond, going as far as to alert me when an entire case of wine had gone bad. He disposed of it for us, and had a kind smile for everyone who requested a drink. Valet parking, security, and clean up crew for wedding at private estate in Beverly Hills on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Eddy personally handled my wedding needs with the utmost care and professionalism. He arrived the day before while the other vendors were setting up to inspect the estate, and also was present both during the Saturday wedding as well as Sunday clean up. I greatly appreciate his firm being able to provide/handle all my service needs. The valets promptly and courteously parked all my guests vehicles while serving as the front line in guarding against tourists from entering the estate. All the valets had uniforms on as well as the security guards arrived in a black suits with ties. Every guard did their job while courteously addressing all my guests. Finally, the clean up thoroughly cleaned the estate the next day with no damage. Eddy and his crew did everything they were supposed to do, and did so professionally, courteously, and promptly. Incidentally, one of my wedding guests used Eddy's service for his Malibu wedding in 2014, and was equally satisfied. The host/owner of the estate also enjoyed Eddy's service, and though I have not followed up, indicated he would use Eddy. Lastly, Eddy is a retired policeman. What this potentially means is that he has a way to chat up other police officers in case you need help managing police when you party or event may run a tad long into the evening or is too loud ;-)

Eddy was incredible! The event was in Los Feliz where any day parking is a challenge. Eddy went to the property, assessed local available parking and gave a great estimate on the number of valets which would be required to service 50+ cars. When I arrived, there were valets available, extremely helpful and polite. When leaving, my car was delivered in a most timely manner. I am a corporate catering manager in Orange County and I'm pretty anal about details. I am very impressed with the service and so were all of the guests, because I asked.

We used Zen Craft for catering services for a corporate lunch. The variety of healthy, veg-friendly, seasonal options were the reason I chose them. A decision which I'm glad I took! The honey chipotle glazed salmon were the HUGE hit I was hoping it would be. My coworkers were raving about the short ribs, and I was thrilled with the simple tomato pasta. Im half Italian and am pretty picky about pasta- I figured I'd like these okaaay, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the pasta was Perfect! Even the salad was great- fresh ingredients with a tasty meyer lemon vinaigrette. The risotto was exactly what I was expecting rich mushroom flavored a creamy risotto, the flavor was solid. And here I am at desserts... All were Delicious (brownies/blondies/choc chip sea salt cookies)- but the butterscotch budino... You guys... Ohhh. Mannn. It was the first thing I thought about when I woke up this morning and I immediately had one of the leftovers for breakfast. The rosemary crumble was such a subtle complement to the butterscotch. Unusual and really lovely. 10/10- would eat daily ;) Last little thing, which is often overlooked, but adds so much when done nicely- the presentation. Setting up delivered food in a meeting room isn't optimal for an appealing display. But I've gotta say, Zen Craft clearly put thought into even these small details. The packaging made it look more high end than typical food delivery, and the kraft paper colored sticker with their cute elephant logo labels were both attractive and clever. To top it all off, the desserts were artistically sprinkled with and arranged amongst edible flowers. What an appreciated surprise that was! Not only was the food beautiful to look at, but the edible flowers on the budino were an enjoyable teeny tiny textural pop. Least exciting detail, but important! Delivery was right on time and the driver was efficient and polite with the set up. So pleased!

Michael and his staff were great to works with! Everyone was professional, prompt,and prepared. Zen Craft did both the food and the bar service for our event and I was very pleased with both. They had a taco bar which was amazing. They also served poke (my personal favorite), asian style salads, roasted vegetables--perfect for all types of eaters. Their bar had all of the traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings, but it was their unique and tasty cocktails that people really commented on. I highly recommend them and I would and will use them again when we do our event next year!

She replied promptly to all my questions. She created the perfect signature drink for my sister. We live in Laguna Niguel, and Madkins Catering was on time and I remember saying to the waitstaff, "omg, there's still more food?! Needless to say there was so much food. Madkins Catering was upfront with me in the very beginning explaining how much of each appetizer or food item I'd actually be getting which is great. I think we adjusted the amounts a few times because I thought it was going to be too much food lol, and it ended up being still too much food.... But who's complaining? :-) My guests were very pleased with the meal and left on a very very full stomach. This company is very nice and professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. I forgot to do a review at the time of the event, but the event was about 2 weeks ago. Everyone please try them, the food is delicious and at a great price!

Madkins Catering catered for East Los Angeles College bookstore Department. We were having a holiday meeting; Madkins Catering was punctual and the food arrived hot and ready to serve. The staff was very friendly and professional. Madkins Catering is very cost efficient and will try to work with your set budget. I had a set company budget and Madkins Catering was able to accommodate us. Besides the food being delicious we had a good amount left over as well. My company hired Super Food for Super People for a total of 5 days consisting of Breakfast and Lunch. Food was delivered on time, and it was delicious. When I called wanting to change one of the menu options for one of those days they were very cooperative. They also provided chafing dishes after learning that some of the food had gotten cold at no extra charge. Some things they could improve on are providing more options for a menu with different ingredients. I understand that this catering service is Farm to Table, but certain ingredients were repeated too often (sweet potatoes) and people grew tired of them after having them almost every other meal. I take some responsibility on that for having approved the menu. However, I wish the Chef would have advised me differently given her culinary knowledge.

San Francisco City Hall for a wedding reception has many rules and regulations as it is a government building and requires a lot of security and supervision. In addition to that, there isn't a kitchen on site so a tent is required as well as all rental equipment. Chef Mark and his group truly went above and beyond for our event. My husband does not like seafood at all but after our tasting, he was so impressed with the fish that he even considered having the fish as his entree for our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by our appetizers and dinner. We were assured restaurant quality and I wasn't surprised when all of our guests complimented us on how delicious the food was. It was catered specifically to us and Chef Mark and Roy spent time with us discussing what we would like for ourselves and our guests. Everything was tailored specifically to our celebration and that is truly a representation of us for the night. It was more than we could have asked for. We can't thank you enough for this. My initial concern was that Mark Kearney's Group is based from LA whereas our wedding in San Francisco but the communication was always frequent and Roy was very responsive and caring about our concerns. From start to finish they always assured us that they truly wanted to make sure our special night went without any concerns and they were on our side. Our event did not go without any bumps and when I found out from our wedding coordinator that a broken stove was delivered, I just couldn't believe that Chef Mark and his crew was able to deliver such wonderful meals to our guests under such a stressful situation. It's not the events that go flawlessly that are impressive but the ones that have a lot of obstacles that are impressive. I had absolutely no idea the kind of stress that must have been involved and our coordinator only told us afterwards so we had no idea on the day of. It is truly a mark of their professionalism. The thing is, I was already so impressed with all the other details that Chef Mark went out of his way to take care of for us. He made sure that a bottle of champagne was saved for us. When appetizers came around he specifically made sure my favorite came to me directly. When he flew up for our walk through, he took the time to take a picture of my husband and me because he was excited for us. We never requested any of these, but he just did them because he cares. His execution of the night was perfect as far as I am concerned and did not go unnoticed by ALL of our other vendors. EVERYONE was very impressed and I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for him and Roy and the rest of their team. You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!! We love you!

Tonya and her team were incredible! We had a 50 person private party, she worked with me on the perfect menu and provided food and bartending services. We had over 150 people so he brought a back up bartender Carlos who was just as wonderful. People still can't stop talking about the VIP service Frankie J provided. Remembering many family members cocktails and walking around replenishing their glasses through out the night. The service he provided went way beyond a normal bartender for hire. Frankie was great from the beginning. He provided me with a complete suggested shopping list for the amount of guests. He quickly and efficiently answered all of my questions. Be showed up on time complete with a portable bar, tubs, bar tools, and garnishes. He even picked up 250 pounds of ice for me. He efficiently and quickly waited on 100 guests. Open Bar provided services for my grandmother's funeral and I couldn't ask for a more professional service and at the price they charged, it felt like a steal. It was so easy to book them - Brooke, one of the owners was incredibly responsive and indulged all of my questions - and communicating my needs for the event was easy and stress-free. The bartender arrived early, was dressed very professionally, and maintained an air about him that was perfect for the tone (being a funeral and all). He made sure my parents were taken care of, and kept the bar area neat. I can't recommend Open Bar enough!

I threw a surprise 30th birthday party for a friend and we had about 80+ people in attendance. Audra was FANTASTIC. While in the planning stages, she was friendly and professional and communicated with me on a regular basis- including trying to decide on the perfect stemware. I couldn't have been more thrilled with her once she arrived. I unfortunately had her in the sun during set up and I felt awful, but she maintained a positive, upbeat attitude and worked hard to get the bar area looking professional, welcoming and ready for guests although she was working in the heat. At several points in the night, I was blown away by her clearing trash off of our nine guest tables and keeping the rest of the party (not just her area) looking great. This helped me relax a bit and enjoy my guests rather than running around the whole time. She honestly felt like an extension of our family by the end of the night. She impressed the guests as well- as many of them raved about how amazing and hard working she was! Steven and Mariel did an outstanding job catering my event (low key gathering of friends). I requested Latin American - theme. They prepared delicious guacamole + chips, fried queso, vegetable quesadillas, chicken lettuce wraps and pork tacos with corn tortillas. I was expecting guests with a gluten allergy and guests who are vegetarian. Steven worked with me to customize the perfect menu within my budget. I will be using Steven again in the future.
