We truly cannot say enough good things about Jessica and Dustin. We initially were planning on doing all of the wedding planning but realized with about a month and half to go that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator. Jessica jumped right in and took the reins, making sure that we were able to enjoy our wedding day and leave the logistics to her team. She handled all of the details with care and was an organized and detailed professional throughout the entire process. This was easily the best money we spent on the wedding and were really able to enjoy our wedding day thanks to the hard work put in by Jessica and Dustin. Michelle was an absolute godsend. We were planning a wedding for about 150 people at a venue where we had to bring in absolutely everything - from the chairs and silverware, to the outdoor kitchen, dumpster, and trash bags. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving pieces that needed to be pulled off within pretty precise time frames. Michelle and her team were up to the challenge, and exceeded all expectations. Not only did she create and execute a meticulous timeline for the day of, but she went above and beyond in every way. She made herself available to our questions whenever we had them and shared with us so many invaluable pieces of wedding planning wisdom she's picked up during her extensive experience as an event planner/coordinator. She had ideas and insights that we never even considered, and even offered advice that helped us cut down on costs in several areas of our budget. She was also our lifesaver in the weeks leading up to the event, completely managing all vendor communication and double checking our work so that we could use he time we had left to shore up all the small details and complete last minute DIY projects. The day-of flowed so wonderfully, and during the few times there were hiccups, Michelle was already in problem-solving mode by the time I noticed them. She was also always composed and centered, and served as a calming presence for us during what could have been an otherwise very stressful day. Joanne and her team were amazing to work with. They're a newer company and ready to go above and beyond to make your day happen. She was responsive and thorough, which made wedding planning less stressful and fun! She gave my husband and I a lot of options and were able to work with our budget without compromising the things we wanted. She connected me with a local florist and videographer. Their services exceeded my expectations and were great to work with as well. Joanne also arrived early on the day of my wedding to make sure the vendors were on track. Michelle and Eimee were absolutely wonderful to work with! I was a bride planning my wedding from Maryland. I was really worried about the floral arrangements because I was not in California until a couple of weeks before my wedding. Michelle and Eimee always kept me in the loop and consistently communicated with me via Skype and email. They researched flowers that would complete my vision and fit within my budget. Before my 55th birthday party if someone had asked me what was the best day of your life, I probably would have said my wedding day or when my kids were born. Well, after my amazing birthday celebration, I can honestly say the best day of my life was my 55th birthday party. Mari (8 D.A.Y.S. Events) did an absolutely fabulous job from finding the perfect location, to creating a delicious menu and specialty cocktails to hiring amazing entertainment. Our party theme was a combination of "Fifty Shades of Grey" and "Eyes Wide Shut" and we were going for classy but naughty. Mari totally took the theme and ran with it! I've had big birthday celebrations every 5 years since my 25th birthday. Thanks to Mari and her staff this party blew all my other parties away. My friends can't stop talking about it and I've heard the statement (too many times to count) that "This was the best party I've ever attended or will ever attend!" If you want to have a party that your guests will remember, then you should hire Mari at 8 D.A.Y.S. Events.

Jessell and Perfectly Events were exactly what we wanted. I had been planning the wedding from the beginning and knew that it would be better to hire a coordinator for the month leading up to the wedding. My wife and I instantly liked Jessell when we met with her as she was punctual and was really on top of her game when it came to answering all our questions. The month of the wedding, she was effectively communicating not only with us but with our vendors, making sure that they were coming and that they were ready to perform. Then on the actual wedding day, she was awesome. During the church ceremony, we had a nightmare of a church coordinator (appointed to us by our church) and Jessell handled her well. She was also really helpful for small things such as helping pin the flowers and finding a replacement ring bearer as some of ours went MIA. For the reception, she really allowed us to enjoy the wedding. We even got to eat the food and cake (which Jessell and her assistant actually delivered to our table!) I can have a type A personality, but thankfully, Jessell was there to make sure the event went smoothly and on-time. I also have to compliment her for the extra steps she took such as in the decorations and food delivery. She really went above and beyond and my wife and I are so happy she was involved in our wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a month of coordinator.

Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. This was hands down, the BEST floral company I could have chosen for my wedding back in October! Rachel was so pleasant, helpful, and knows exactly what she is talking about. I am not very knowledgeable about flowers, but having Rachel take charge (after giving her my initial vision) made planning my wedding so much easier. I spoke with many florists prior to finding Rachel but wasn't 100% sold on any of them. The first time I spoke to Rachel over the phone, I got the best vibe from her. I'm so happy I was patient and chose the right florist! Rachel was extremely responsive during the planning process, and I never had to "track her down." She had great ideas and I felt comfortable saying whether I liked them or maybe preferred something else (which was rare). And lastly, on the day of the wedding, she didn't just drop off the arrangements and take off. She spent time arranging all of the centerpieces, the arch, and the petals that were along the aisle. Sooo many compliments from the guests about how beautiful the florals were! If you want a floral company that will exceed your expectations, contact Rachel now! You will NOT regret it!

    I hired Brittany and Betty, mother/daughter super team, for my garden wedding this past weekend. They were superb.
