After losing a lot of weight I started seeking a trainer that could help me build muscle properly. Unlike many trainers if talked with at local gyms, JJ practices what he preaches and its clear he knows what he's doing. I felt confident working with him after our very first session. He has a wide variety of workouts that will keep you on your toes. Each week has been different and intense. Its only been two weeks and I'm seeing improvements to my strength and body already!

Emile has been in the business for a very long time, his dedication and knowledge is unmatched. I came to Emile with 3 goals in mind; Lose weight, Tone up and Recover my energy/motivation. JC defines personal training at its very best. He is extremely motivating, very persuasive, and genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals. His entire plan is extremely personalized, as he takes into account your lifestyle and your abilities at each stage to chart out the perfect routines. I saw genuine results as time progressed, and he helped me to do this by maintaining a full stats-check every few weeks. He gives in his maximum to make sure his clients are prioritized and completely satisfied. Best of all, he is an absolutely amazing person! Wouldn't think twice before recommending him to family and friends.

I belong to one of Adrien's bootcamp classes that takes place on the Santa Monica bluffs (M/W/F 6:30am). I've been taking his class for 3 and a half years now, because I've never worked with anyone else who cared as much about his clients as Adrien does. Aside from working our butts off and keeping the sessions varied so there's never a chance to get bored with any one exercise, he checks in on us outside of class as well. He really looks at his sessions as a whole package deal, so he'll talk to us about what we're eating outside of class, what other exercise we're doing on off days, what kind of stress we're under, and generally what are our goals and what we're looking to gain from class. He's invested in each one of his clients and in turn it creates a real sense of community as we become invested in him as well. He knows when to be tough and when to give us a break, and more than anything makes the workouts fun. I couldn't imagine another trainer that goes above and beyond the way Adrien does!
After going through numerous trainers and fitness programs, Dave has been THE one to make me feel how I want to feel. Within just a few weeks of working with him, I noticed I was stronger and faster. Shortly thereafter, I was beginning to see the results I wanted to see: I was getting more lean; I felt great throughout the day; and my sleep improved tremendously. I had couple of sessions with Aleksander and he was really great. This was my first time working with a trainer and I am glad that I got the opportunity to work with him. He was very flexible with my needs and he devised an exercise plan that fitted nicely with my work schedule. He was very accommodating if I had to reschedule an appointment. His exercise plan centered around whole body workout with special focus on improving flexibility and strength. He even gave me great advice on nutrition. I was very happy with the results and I still continue to use his workout plan. He is a genuinely nice person and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
