Mandy is wonderful. She stepped in to work with me in a very stressful situation with very little notice, and we had great success getting my home in order quickly. Our family was displaced to temp housing due to severe roof leaks - when we moved back home after construction, I had a 6 week old baby and our house was in shambles. All the master bedroom and kitchen items were in other parts of the house and needed to be put back. Mandy helped me make quick decisions, handled a lot of the physical work herself since I was so early postpartum, and kindly, patiently made a ton of easy-to-implement recommendations for efficient re-organizing, not just putting things back where I was saying they had been. Dina was incredibly diligent in getting us set up to do our ten year purge and get ready for our remodel. Great experience - professional every step of the way. I could not have packed, purged and staged my house in preparation for its sale any better myself and I think I can do anything and everything better than anyone (Type A personality). The unexpected help in purging was wonderful, the owner has great taste. She is fortunate to have had exposure to some of the most famous people, she stays current on styles and trends and most importantly, she knows classic wardrobe pieces to never part with. She enabled me to make quick and confident decisions. They also packaged up all the "give aways" took the items to"Goodwill" and returned with a the tax receipt. She staged the entire house - you should see my showcase closet - I don't want to touch anything - everything is perfect. When the house sells, I will hire her to finish packing up everything and help me unpack, purge (I need more nudging) and organize the new house. My dream would be to have her come in once a quarter to organize the entire house and train the housekeepers! I am confident you will enjoy her as much as I did.(show more)

Move out cleaning was accomplished and received my entire deposit back and asked for info on the cleaning service I used. She was very meticulous and even vacuumed the floor on her hands and knees to make sure she didn't miss anything. Highly recommend her and her attention to detail and thoroughness was so keen that I even paid her more than her bid. Will probably hire her to be a weekly/monthly visit in my new place so I can enjoy her cleanliness. Pick her and you will get your deposit back and get your money worth in the cleaning!!(show more)

I cannot express highly enough our satisfaction in selecting Mari Deno at 8 DAYS Design to stage our home. Mari responded immediately to our search request and from the very beginning, she was extremely responsive and took the time to fully understand what we were looking for - in order to provide us with a well thought out bid that worked within our budget. My wife and I (and our realtor) unanimously agreed that Mari was best suited to put her heart and energy fully into staging our home - much more than anyone else we were considering. Plus, we loved her style and felt she understood how best to accentuate the look and feel of our home. Forget 8 days - we only had FOUR days to pull this off and Mari delivered, working until 4 am the last night to ensure the staging was completed for our photo shoot the following day. She even stayed with us during the photo shoot, working with our photographer to ensure every angle and nuance was highlighted to perfection. Her professionalism and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing and her staging surpassed our high expectations.
