We had a party for 40 guests and Andrew did an amazing job getting all the supplies, setting up and serving drinks to our crazy crew! He also stayed late to clean up so we didn't have to. He did an awesome job and didn't need any direction, which made it stress free for me and that is always appreciated. We would definitely hire him for our next event!

Taqueria Cazadores helped make our party of about 100 guests festive and amazing. So many guests stopped me to comment on the delicious food. Evan did our bar service and was great. He really took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed -- very important at a location that didn't have any in-house staff. and with our event being held during an unprecedented heat wave! Evan and his crew made sure we stayed stocked on ice, sodas and beer -- sending staff out when we began to run low. He made sure everything ran smoothly so we could just relax enjoy the party -- and, of course, the delicious food.

I met Michael last June while I was at a Spa Resort in St Helena. He was renovating several of the rooms there and I was very impressed with how beautifully he transformed the spaces. We spoke briefly and he gave me his card and explained that he also did staging, interior decorating, flowers and party planning. A few months later when I was planning a 40th birthday party I contacted him to see if he could assist. Initially I was expecting to have him decorate and maybe do some floral arrangements. We met and I explained to him that I wanted to do an open house type event, in my home where guests could drop in throughout the day. I knew I needed to maximize my space and needed a menu and some decorative help. He said he could do it all, and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive. He said he would get back to me and to expect an email. Within two hours I had an appetizer menu, cocktail recommendations, a detailed spreadsheet with a list of supplies needed, the approximate cost and places I could go to find these items and attached images of decorating/ staging ideas that he thought would be appropriate. I quickly realized that he really knew what he was doing, so I hired him to do it all. Over the next three weeks, he was extremely conscientious in keeping me informed of his progress. The night before the event he requested a six hour window of time to work alone, to get everything set up, staged and decorated. Then he brought me in to walk thru and make sure it was all completed to my satisfaction. I have to say I was very very pleased with his work. He said he would be back the next day to put on the finishing touches. But when the guests started to arrive he began showing them in, and taking their coats. He helped make drinks, maintained the bar and buffet table and ended up staying the whole day. He was marvelous and I had the best time enjoying my own party. It was much more than I expected and I could not have done it without him. In January, I was able to hire Michael again for a company event. Annually we bring in our entire National Sales Team to meet and review our sales, new products and host a special awards dinner. This year it was held at the Clift Hotel and I wanted Michael to do all the staging and set up for it. He worked with the hotel staff and did a beautiful job decorating the entrance with lighted balloons simulating clouds (our latest development) he brought in fresh flower arrangements for the banquet room and did little arrangements with candles for the table centerpieces. He even decorated the outside balcony area and the restrooms. Our CEO and Director of Sales were impressed and asked that I bring Michael back for our Holiday event.

Five stars hardly suffice in rating the work of Rebecca and Anna Marie. My party was all that I had hoped for and more! During the pre-party planning they were attentive and sensitive to our vision for the day. In preparing for the party, their excellent attention to detail, ability to handle each nuance, and creativity in putting all the pieces together was exemplary. During the party they translated our vision by orchestrating each detail and transition flawlessly. All this was done with hardly anyone realizing that they were there. We explored several venues like restaurants and banquet halls before deciding to hold the party in my home. Getting ready involved moving furniture and transforming a house into a party place. We are so pleased for having made that decision because we were able to celebrate in an environment that represents us and that we know best. If I were to pick the qualities that best describe Rebecca and Anna Marie these would be professionalism, sensitivity, creativity and love for their work. Their positiveness and enthusiasm carried the day. Rebecca and Anna Marie know how to take an idea and from that create a celebration. I highly recommend using a party planner for your next celebration and AR Weddings N Events is the company that knows how to make celebrations happen.

We hired Manya to do face painting, and do glitter tattoos at our twin daughters 3rd birthday party. Also, at the end of the party she dressed up as Olaf from frozen. My daughters had an amazing time, and their friends did as well. I would absolutely recommend Dazzling Streaks Party Entertainment to anyone that is looking for someone to provide any of the services she offers. Most of the children attending our party were 3-5 years old and Manya was very patient with each of them and just did a really great job. We were very impressed and hope to use her at other parties in the future.

Forsyth Designs was the mastermind behind the exceptionally beautiful and customized decor for our wedding. Matt's ability to translate our vision into a reality that far exceeded our expectations while staying on budget was the best "gift" a bride could ask for! He literally transformed a white tent into a stunning lounge-like atmosphere that accommodated our every need and desire. There isn't a large scale event or party that I would consider hosting without collaboration from Forsyth Designs. Working with Matt is seriously delightful on every level!

After reviewing several bids from caterers who responded to my thumbtack request, I decided to hire Elyse Bolton from Brass Spatula to cater my housewarming party. I chose Elyse because I found her to be very easy to work with - responsive, professional, easy-going and creative. My husband is a picky eater, and Elyse easily accommodated his requests to put condiments on the side and modify a few of our selections. Her menu was interesting and she gave me several options that fit my budget. I hired her and two additional servers, as my goal was to enjoy my party. The three of them arrived about 2 hours before my guests, and immediately got to work. They had done most of the prep in advance, but did all the cooking at my home so the food was fresh and delicious. Everyone raved about it! Throughout the evening, they refreshed the selections so there was always fresh food available. We kept them busy in the kitchen all night - there's no way Elyse could have done this party alone. I had hoped and planned that at least one of the other women would be able to tend bar and/or pass out the appetizers, but unfortunately they had little opportunity to leave the kitchen. Even so, the party was a success and they tidied up before leaving. I'd definitely hire Elyse to cater my next party!

I've had the opportunity to work with Miss Harper as her photographer on many occasions. Whether we are providing services for a small private house party with 20 guests, with a culturally enriched theme, to providing services for a 100th year life celebration, we have always gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible for our clients. Through observing her process of developing a experience, planning all the details with the client for a wedding, to the detail with a client for a birthday party with more then 100 guests. Her attention to detail and follow though with the requests of clients has provided her opportunity to provide services to several clients in the corporate arena in the finance and technology sectors. Most don't know what goes into the planning and preparation to deliver and execute a catered experience. Our clients trust us to provide what they have requested, based on what's ordered. When it comes to designing and delivering productions which are memorable and leave pleasant memories, the details matter. Velina was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding! She has a very relaxed presence (which was a pleasant change from other planners we had looked into/worked with). She was our day of coordinator and she did our flowers. I wanted pretty simple florals, and she did a beautiful job with little input needed from me (which was very nice with all that was on my plate!) Velina was so calm and flexible and was really willing to do whatever we needed in the weeks leading up to our wedding - including picking up tons of personal items and decorations to deliver on the day of! A huge stress relief. She ensured that our day went smoothly and we were really able to sit back and enjoy it. On top of all that, her prices are very reasonable and she is an amazing value. Hedieh was excellent. She was clear about the packages. Had very good suggestions for what we wanted to achieve. Was very punctual. And most importantly she handled a snafu from one of the vendors on the day of the party. She took it upon herself to resolve the issue and got it done during the course of the party. Would recommend her highly.

Olive Cater team are simply the best! They catered for me an office party and my parents 40th anniversary. Even though the menus were totally different both events were a success! Arkadi is a talented and creative young chef. His food is beautifully presented and it tastes amazing! Robyn made my bridal shower a total surprise! I was not expecting it at all. It was based on me, as the theme was what I love best, horses. I could tell she had spent so much time researching to find decorations and party favors that would make my bridal shower so special. She also helped plan my backyard wedding. I'm not a very good party planner myself so had no idea where to start. When I hired her, she stepped right in and took the control I was looking for. I could relax and have a great time at my wedding knowing every little detail was being watched and taken care of by Robin.

Barbara kept my party idea alive when I kept waffling on whether I wanted to do it. On the day of she took care of everything, including getting to the event ridiculously early to secure a great spot, and created a beautiful space on the beach to celebrate my birthday. I was so glad I didn't give up on the idea in the end. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Everyone had a good time and the cost was very reasonable give all the support she provided. Highly recommend!

    OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. If your looking for a wedding planner then Samantha is your girl. She will do anything and everything to make your day special. I will definitely be using her again!
