Latest Review: Mike is a DOPEEE trainer. Injured my knee playing football and it's been weak since. I started playing and it's been giving me trouble. I started going to Mike for training and to focus specifically on my knee and overall strength, and I must admit, it's gotten a lot stronger! I can actually switch direction either ease, lateral movements are back, and I've gotten stronger overall. I'm still training with him and I can't wait to see more results, real stoked!!
