What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps are a heart-pounding way to boost your fitness level. Boot camps are led by a fitness instructor and are based on the concept of military boot camps — intensive workout programs to get new recruits into shape, quickly. How much is a boot camp?

When you purchase a package of classes, typically the more you buy at one time, the cheaper each class is. In the world of trainers (and there are so many) Mike is such a gem and I am so glad I found him! COVID has been difficult to say the least and I was in serious need of some accountability and physical fitness. This is my first experience of having a personal trainer and I could never go back. Mike understands that different body types and ages need different types of workouts in order to be effective. He is so good as watching how you progress and knows when’s it time to up level you into a more intense session. He’s also super cool which is important when you’re hanging out with someone for 60m! I just finished 2 months of 3 sessions a week and I haven’t felt this good in 10 years! How you feel in your body is how you feel in your mind, specially now during such an uncertain time it’s so wonderful to have some consistency. Highly recommend Mike 💯
