I've definitely had my share of trying out different trainers/gyms/workout DVDs/group classes/boot camps, you name it and I've done it. Throw out those workout DVDs and cancel all your memberships. Trust me when I say Manuk is the one and only trainer you will need. I have been training with him for about a year now a couple times a week. Manuk really took the time on our first meeting to get to know me and my life style so he can plan a workout accordingly. He asked me my daily routine, food and drink Intake, job, what my goals were, etc.. Didn't miss a point to give me the best results. Manuk has given me results within this past year that I didn't even imagine were possible. He made sure he altered what I ate throughout the day (in a healthy and easy transition) to see quicker results. He is honest with you, well educated in the field, motivating, and his humor definitely is a huge plus!! Makes working out fun and not such a serious, in your face yelling kind of a workout.
I love boot camp! Tony takes his time with you but motivates you so much so you don't give up. It is a blessing to have him as my trainer, he makes you feel great! When I'm missing appointments, he will be the first to call to make sure I'm Ok! I couldn't ask for a better boot camp trainer! 😄

I asked Derek to conduct a boot camp class for my family. We range in age from 9 to 71. He prepared a class that was manageable for all and great fun. At the end of the class, he set up an obstacle course for a little family fun competition. They were sore the next day, but they loved it. Great job!
Ernie Salizar was my personal trainer for over a year as well as leading a boot camp that my wife and I attended for 3 months. My goal at that time was to shed about 50 lbs. Ernie switched up my diet, skillfully worked around a few old injuries I had, and encouraged me in his program of weights and cardio. In 90 days I went from 232lbs. to 178lbs. My fitness level was off the scale! I realize that is a lot of weight loss in a short time but Ernie's encouragement kept my motivation level high. It wasn't easy and there were days I wish I never met Ernie Salizar, but you can't argue with results! My wife also lost over 45lbs. I highly recommend this training camp for people looking to improve both their physical and mental health and well-being. Andre does an amazing job incorporating circuit training into both learning and improving boxing skills and presenting an overall great workout. I never end a session with Andre feeling like I could have gotten more out of my workout! For anyone looking for a lifestyle changing workout -- this is it!
Susie led a boot camp that I participated in for about 4 months. She was awesome! I never got bored with our workouts because it seemed we never did the same thing twice. She's got a plethora of workout ideas. She was also able to modify any exercise to meet various levels of fitness. She's a great trainer who will push you through your complaining and get you to your goal!
I first contacted Sean two months ago after hearing rave reviews about him from a friend. At first I was a little reluctant to try any type of personal training or boot camp style class, because I had a TERRIBLE experience with another Pasadena boot camp. I decided to give it a go and am glad I did! I have been participating in his semi private training classes 3 days/ week for two months and I feel great. Mind you, I'm 35 years old and came in weighing 203lbs at 5'5, not exactly a small girl. Now, I'm 170lbs and can fit into the same size jeans I once wore in high school. I absolutely love Blackshear Fitness!!! They have the best trainers in town. I have been a part of this family for a little over 3 years. I drive about 25 minutes each way just to attend the boot camp classes. They have always pushed me to do my best and challenge me every single time. Classes are available 5 days per week at no extra cost. They are truly the best!

Bridget is an outstanding trainer. I am attending her boot camp class and really enjoying it. She is a very friendly, a motivator with a great attitude and very knowledgeable at what she does. She works you hard and challenges you which I love. She also has a lot of good nutritional information that she loves to share. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Triston is by far the best trainer I've worked with. He's knowledgeable, attentive, and VERY patient. His boot camp is fantastic - a terrific workout and he varies the activities and will always have an alternate version if there's something you just cannot do. Triston is a dedicated, professional trainer - you will love himm!
Brook's so fantastic; I'm not sure where to start! She found me struggling in the gym with a frozen shoulder and getting no where, with the shoulder or my physique. She subsequently worked me through my frozen shoulder issues and on to prepare me for my wedding, upon which I have never felt stronger or probably looked better. Shes now helping my husband with his damaged shoulder issues. She wastes no time standing around talking and she really focuses on the muscles you're supposed to be engaging and why. There's no boot camp style where you're mindlessly running around not really focusing or strengthening anything. Its a highly focused work out where I come away sore and stronger every time. I cant recommend her enough!

I love the game of golf and love teaching. What I do differently is that I teach the game backwards, from putting chipping, 1/2 swing, 3/4 swing, and full swing. This way, you will have the right swing path.
We are providing small-sized boot camps for females. The group will be anywhere between six to eight females, and it will be lead by me and another personal trainer. The group will be divided into half, and participants will rotate between two various exercise routines.
