Since I began working out with Corey, my energy level has been at an all time high. I am eating more, but making better food choices. I have been lucky in being able to bring my baby along to the workouts. If I am in the middle of say,a plank, or full sit ups, Corey will distract my daughter and play with her while keeping a close on on me. That is a bonus in itself! I have worked with Aaron over the last couple of months and he's great! I saught professional help after I found out I have a hormonal imbalance called PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome occurs in 1 in 20 women, developing from puberty, it stole my life. I was overweight, with an insulin resistance, mood disorder, sleep apnea, hair loss, high testosterone level, and a high risk of heart disease and ovarian cancer. Since working with Aaron I feel like he taught me to gain back control of my life. I'm 40lbs lighter, with more energy and good health than I ever thought was destined for me. A big part of Aaron's program is paleo eating, which helped my insulin levels because I wasn't eating processed foods, carbs, or sugar. I also can't induce too much stress on my body because of the delicate hormone balance, my workouts with Aaron are helpful and stress free. We figured out what I can do physically and than slowly pushed me to higher levels. We do a lot of strength training, cardio intervals, and balance work. I never knew how weak my back was until I started working it out. Now, I have less back pain, more confidence in my bodies abilities, balanced moods, less acne and inflammation. In December I had blood work done and my insulin and testosterone levels have made a 180' change to normal. Working with Aaron was literally a life changing decision for me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a healthy change back to basics!

I took a Zumba class with Johanna. It was fun and a high intensity workout. It was such a great experience, it didn't even feel like a workout besides the fact that I was sweating like crazy.

I began working out with Steve around the age of 12. I was obese and down on myself. Steve knew this and helped me better myself with just enough intensity to yield results. He's very personal; often times I'd be excited to workout just to talk to him. Everyday, Steve would ask what I wanted to improve on, thus making my weaknesses my strengths. Overall, Steve's charisma and likeableness made working out fun and a challenge. I recommend him to people of all ages, goals, and physique!

I have been training with Hillary One on one twice a week for one year now. I had a serious back surgery in 2013 and had intense physical therapy sessions. When first time I met Hillary (I saw her training someone at the park and liked her & her methods), I was not even allowed to lift more than 10 lbs or run. Being an athlete (I used to teach Tae Kwon Do: I have 2nd degree black belt), I was very frustrated for not able to do many things (as my doctor's order) that I wanted to do. Hillary gradually did increase the weights and exercise intensity as well as instilling my confidence and belief in my capabilities. Now I can feel so much more confident in my daily activities and exercises. I can run without any pain or worries. Lifting up 40+ lbs weights for my arm training is one of my proud workout:). oh yes, I now can wear fly high heels if I want to. Lol. Thank you Hillary. I love you💗🙏

Marcos is an extremely knowledgeable and personable trainer. He is willing to work with you no matter what your fitness level. Each high intensity workout is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Most importantly he ensures you maintain proper form to avoid any injuries. Scheduling is never a problem, he is very understanding and flexible with his time. Every week I've seen the progress that I've made since the last. My waist size is down and I'm finally seeing some definition on my arms. I started training with Turill my junior year of high school. I went from being a backup on varsity football, to a starter, to a first team all league player thanks to Turills athletic development training. He has helped me increase my explosiveness, agility, and speed which has made me successful in my sport. Since graduating high school Turill has pushed my athletic ability further then I ever thought was possible and made sure I was always doing what it takes in order to accomplish my goals and earn a scholarship. Dr. Dina is more than just a personal trainer. She goes beyond the traditional exercise regimes of using free weights and equipment. She brings a variety of experiences and background to her practice, including the inclusion of music and dance to motivate and increase personal involvement and commitment. Unlike many trainers that in essence demonstrate each activity for the client and then moves ahead to prepare for the next movement or exercise machine. Dr. Dina stays with the client, intently watching the movement, identifying any weakness or incorrect alignment. Her background in chiropractic training gives her an unusual, essential ability to evaluate the client's progress. I am sold on her ability, her background training and her intense interest in each person's journey. Rob was my trainer in DC. At the time I was playing roller derby and looking to rehab a dislocated knee and a previously injured shoulder. Thanks to Rob's guidance, I was able to keep skating without any further damage to me knee. He also taught me a lot about the dynamics of interval endurance, agility and sprinting. Oh and he got me to run for 15 minutes once without complaining by asking me questions about basketball. He is a fantastic trainer for anyone looking to up their athletic game, get fit or to get stronger after an injury.
Devin is awesome! I've been working out with Devin for about a month and a half now and he's taught me so much - macros and nutrition, different weight lifting techniques, and high intensity work outs. He goes beyond just a trainer in the gym. He's always keeping tabs on me about my macros and is always suggesting different nutrition tips. The work outs are intense, but nothing you can't do. I was strictly an elliptical kind of girl and the only running I did was during kickball when someone was chasing after me. I wasn't really seeing results with my workouts, but with Devin's training sessions, I'm slowly starting to see changes. He works with you and your threshold and he pushes you. He's always positive and motivating and definitely makes you try harder.
