Let me tell my story. I was looking for place where I can challenge my body and relax my brain. From the bagging I felt that this place is THE PLACE. 7 am bootcamp is really hard for non-morning person. After first 2 weeks, I started feeling more energy during the day. So mornings are not that bad. Next big thing for was a Tough Mudder run. Lori believed in me and helped to prepare. I finished it. 14 miles up/down Tahoe Northstar Ski resort, 20+ obstacles, 1 ice bath(google Arctic Enema), 2 electroshock etc. Next month I was playing volleyball and completely torn my ACL. With Lori's help I successfully went thru rehab. She is amazing educated coach. Lori knows everything about human body and muscles, diets and nutritions etc. My nutritionist told my exactly the same as Lori did a couple months earlier. After 1 year I lost about 30 pounds and 4 sizes :) So if you are willing to work hard and achieve a results this is a right place.

Gilah provided consulting on my diet and how to match my diet to my activity levels. I travel frequently and dine out often, she worked with me establish better eating habits on the road and at home. At first it was difficult, but Gilah was an enthusiastic (and sometimes sarcastic) coach. She helped me start eating healthier, control the amount that I ate and successfully got me to increase my activity levels. The results were excellent, not only did I lose 10 pounds but my blood suger and fatty acid counts went down too. I would recommend her to my friends.

I've been using Jessica McCartney Fitness as my Nutritionist since mid-July. She took the time to read over food logs, various forms I filled out, and set me up with a plan. She monitors my food logs, sends me recipes and various helpful articles, tips, motivation to keep me on track. In addition, she checks in with me every other week, by phone, in order to fine tune my eating plan. In between those phone calls, she even sends motivational texts and tips. Since I've started with her, I've lost 10 pounds in six weeks! And, I'm not hungry. I'm going to continue with Jessica in order to reach my goals. I had the pleasure of having Diana as my preceptor during the clinical rotation portion of my dietetic internship program from October 2015 to February 2016. I particularly enjoyed my interaction with Tara, the Nutritionist. I felt she took the time to listen to my stubborn ideals and worked through some issues with me. I can tell they are still in the start-up phase, so some things need to be sorted out. But the team there is well put together, the training sessions were difficult but well paced and I felt energized. Good find.
