When Kelly was in Coeur d' Alene working at 360 fitness I got the pleasure of participating in some of her Bootcamp classes. I have been to quite a few different bootcamp classes, but Kelly's classes were always filled with new exercises which kept the classes fresh and interesting, while keeping my body guessing. I haven't found another instructor as innovative as she is.
We have been working with Daniel for 6+ months. He is a fitness expert and and excellent trainer. He brings lots of ideas and ways to make fitness a fun activity for me and my wife! He is awesome motivator and has provided diet recommendations as well. He also great at PT as well! Overall an excellent professions! Extremely rare find!
From the first session i was truly amazed at the knowledge spoken and taught with in a hour things about my own body and posture i didn't know. He is clear cut dry streight to the point no B.S. I was reluctant on hiring a fitness trainer as i have had a few in the past at a few gyms. I will update my reveiw if needed but as if now i am %99 sure i made the correct move!
I have been training with Vaz for over a year now. Before starting with Fair Oaks Personal Training I can honestly say I never had an exercise program that I stuck with. Being challenged with excess weight, arthritis, and joint damage, my goal is to continued to get healthier. I have dropped #'s but more importantly I have built muscle mass. Vaz has made me feel comfortable and valued from the beginning. Exercise programs are customized, pushing me hard. However I have never felt overwhelmed to the point of quitting, I have felt supported. If something seems too much for me, we discuss and routines are adjusted or reasons explained on why it is important to do what is being asked. The best things about the results from this last year is I have more self-confidence, I now can walk with almost no pain, I can go up and downs stairs without running out of breath, and I am once again strong enough to carry groceries in from the car. Any trainer can show you how to use machines and what exercises get results, but if you want someone who cares about your well-being and wants to coach you to success, then the trainers @ Fair Oaks Personal Training are the perfect match.
I've had Nichole as my personal trainer three times a week for a year next month, and I couldn't be happier! There's a noticeable improvement in my body: I'm much stronger and I fit into clothes I haven't fit into clothing I haven't fit into in years! I can't say I've been dieting, but I try not to overdo it every day--only sometimes ;) And the bonus is we have a lot of fun! I highly recommend Nichole whatever your fitness goals are; she's adaptable to your needs. I'm a "mature" adult, but getting stronger day by day, and plan to keep her to stay that way!

Outstanding! I had the extremely good fortune to meet Tyrone Duckett 8 months before I retired. I spent most of my career at a desk and, over the previous 15-20 years, had put on some extra pounds and neglected my fitness. Put another way, I was a unfit 65 year old slug muffin. I was unsure if my 65 year old body would respond to training or whether I would have the mettle and fortitude to commit to diet and regular workouts. At the time I started, I was recovering from major ankle reconstruction surgery and prostate cancer. My cancer was in remission after a prostatectomy, radiation, and androgen deprivation hormone therapy; my ankle was stiffer than before reconstruction. Tyrone got me started on a year long, customized cardio and strength training program, taking into account both my age and existing physical condition. We started out slow, never doing more than my neglected body could handle, but at the same time Tyrone pushed me hard enough to make me sweat at every training session. Tyrone has a firm, but encouraging attitude towards training. We did a lot of joking and smack talk about our favorite sports teams during my training sessions. I was surprised at the immediate results. Over the one year training, I dropped 60 pounds, reduced my waist size by eight inches and was able to "flex my guns" (generally performed to intimidate other males and impress females) for the first time in many, many years. My training with Tyrone not only helped me rebuild my body, but also convinced me that our bodies are amazing machines that, with a little work and commitment, can stay tuned and healthy no matter your age or physical condition. I highly recommend Whole Person Fitness to everyone. Lily is first of all very nice. She is knows how to access my needs, fitness level, works with my limitations, prior injuries and physical weaknesses to put together a challenging, kick butt workout tailor made for me. In two and a half months I have gained strength, lung capacity, fitness, muscle, muscle tone, endurance, flexibility,confidence, and much more. I have lost the chronic knee pain, fatigue, inches. Lily, listens and gives me exercises that I never thought I could do, builds me up slowly. As a 60 + woman with chronic health issues I can say I am much healthier since finding Lily. Lily truly cares and overs wise nutritional counsel as well. I am blessed to have found Whole Person Fitness and Lily. If I can do it, you can too.
As a fitness trainer, Haley is thorough and knowledgeable. She has always been kind in answering questions and gives excellent personal information for fitness activities.
Danny helped a lot with shoulder pain i was having after workouts and was able to change things up for me to alleviate the pain while continuing to workout. We worked on my cardio and strength with other exercises and routines I had not tried before and I feel better than I ever have. My cardio for brazilian jiu jitsu is a night and day difference as well. Great experience

I went to Bryan with bad knees, lower back problems and 80 pounds to lose. I had been to several trainers and had discouraging results. My goal was to lose enough weight so that I would be able to get the knee surgery my dr recommended. Not only did Bryan help me to achieve my weight goal-he helped me lose and extra 30 lbs. He also designed a program that strengthened my knees and back so much that I no longer require surgery. I absolutely recommend Bryan if you need someone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Alex is extremely professional and took my fitness goals seriously. It's so hard to find a great trainer. Coach Leeth took me to the next level and challenged me. He truly cares. I would find myself driving 90 miles to workout under his guidance. You can't go wrong with Coach Leeth!

This is a GREAT camp! Josh and Anthony are excellent trainers and they keep the all women class motivated and fun! There are new routines each camp and the one hour class goes by really fast. This is a great way to get fit!
I cannot express enough what an amazing trainer and person Josh is! I've been training with him since February and I've lost over 20lbs. I've exceeded my goals because of his exceptional knowledge and passion for health and fitness. I constantly get compliments on my weight loss and I owe it to Josh for all of his encouragement and pushing me to my max during our training sessions!
