Samantha is a wonderful trainer and a consummate professional. She is currently training three members of my family: my wife, daughter, and me. We all benefit from not only her expertise, but also the nature and variety of her workouts. They are consistently challenging, new and engaging. Every workout has a significant yet attainable intensity; where, when we finish, we consistently find ourselves fatigued and spent in a good way. A way that physically leads to growth and ensures physical improvement. Sam (Iron Will Fitness) is encouraging, responsive, very available, and provides a ton of value. She has conducted training sessions with us, both at her training facility and our home. For all of these reasons and more, Samantha is highly recommended. Kendahl has been training me for about 3 months now. He is extremely dedicated and passionate about what he does and it shows when he interacts with myself and others. He prepares you with a grocery list, a detailed monthly workout calendar customized to help you achieve your goal and always makes himself available if there are any questions or concerns you have about eating or other things related to adapting to a healthy lifestyle. One thing that has stood out to me about Kendahl is that he is innovative and can create an efficient exercise out of any machine or exercise tools that are present. It has not been the easiest change for me and lord knows I have not been the best client but Kendahl has been very patient with me and has pushed me for the better and in the right direction. He is extremely encouraging, kind, and makes it a priority to provide a positive workout culture all while instilling discipline physically and mentally. I highly recommend Kendahl to anyone looking to get results make a healthy positive change! He is truly the best!

Kris is wonderful to work with. I've been training with him for about 3 months now. We meet twice a week for an hour and I've seen some great results so far. I'm getting leaner and stronger every week. He mixes cardio and strength training intervals which always push me but he does an excellent job at keeping me motivated!

I first started training with a Jared several months ago when my age and work requiring lots of driving that caused bad sciatic pain. Jared started with a thorough discussion of my current physical concerns and goals for training followed by a series of exercises to assess my physical condition and range of motion etc. over the coming weeks he put me through a series of progressively challenging routines that I would run through on my own between training session with Jared. This resulted in dramatic improvement in my sciatica. I really appreciate Jared’s knowledge of physical training, his individual approach and his positive coaching style. I have lost the weight based on our initial goal, and so elated to have kept it off. We are currently working on increasing my strength, and am excited to eventually do pull-ups. Otherwise, Andy is a fantastic trainer who has motivated me through some challenging workouts. What I enjoy about training with him is the simpleness of the exercises. I've invested in expensive equipment and programs in the past, and all it really took was his guidance through consistency both with diet and exercise. He's not afraid to try new things to reach your goals and research answers if he doesn't know it. He also trains my wife so I will recommend his services to anyone, and encourage you take your health in your hands and entrust your goals with him.
