She really knows her stuff and most importantly she pays very close attention to where my limits are so that I feel safe. She stays in communication and always follows up when necessary. There are a multitude of reasons why I enjoy having Isaak as a personal trainer: from his knowledge of health and nutrition, his ability to understand my own body better than I ever could, his professionalism as it pertains to our workout interactions, and his honest approach needed in succeeding in my goals; however, the greatest reason why I vouch for the guy is that he is truly invested in the success of his clients and their respective goals. He won’t B.S. you and he will tell you exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. He won’t sugar-coat or tell you that you’re doing a good job during your workouts and nutrition if you really aren’t and that’s what you need in a personal trainer: not a pat on the back but the brutal honest truth as it relates to your progression. Only then can you achieve success. He Does That. He will help you reach your goals and results with his attitude, approach, and knowledge as long as you are willing to invest the time and energy physically and emotionally in the gym and at home. I am speaking from personal experience.
I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. i began training with Josh after a number of years of limited physical activity. Right away I found myself not only attending multiple classes a week, but actually WANTING to go. From the beginning until I was forced to relocate due to taking a new job I can honestly say I never once had a bad experience while training with Josh. I have played numerous sports throughout the years and held memberships to different gyms, but Josh's motivation, leadership, loyalty and determination outweighs them all. Unlike most trainers/coaches, Josh was always there for me, whether to ask questions about training or dieting... or even on a more personal level, he did everything in his power to help. Me being someone who has struggled in the past maintaining a steady diet/workout regiment, I quickly saw results and developed a strong desire to keep it up. Even on those days where I was tired or sore, Josh's positive attitude and encouragement motivated me to push myself to achieve my goals. If you are looking to change your unhealthy lifestyle and begin training/dieting, I highly recommend Josh Gibson, a leader, motivator, but more importantly a true friend!
Kelly is very knowledgeable and motivated. She tailors work outs and meal plans to help you reach your goals. She worked w my schedule, very flexible. She came to my home, on time, ready, planed work out and gave a lot of corrections in my technique..for my benefit. I don't know how I got so lucky to have such a great trainer at such a great price.
I worked with Chris for several months. My goals were to loose weight and work on toning my body the proper way. This was my first time working with a personal trainer and I was quite skeptical but upon meeting Chris my hesitations and fears automatically ceased to exist. Not only is Chris a true professional but he provides a non-judgmental and beyond comfortable exercising environment. Working with Chris exposed me to the correct systematic ways of building up endurance as well as obtaining that cardio goal for each workout session, whilst making everyday fun and exciting. Saying that he is an expert in the field of fitness does not suffice enough when it comes to explaining his knowledge. It goes beyond that. You can tell that he honestly cares about your goals and you as an individual. His kindness, his patience, and genuine personality not only makes him an extraordinary trainer but an amazing person as well. I would recommend Chris as a personal trainer to anyone and everyone!

I only have amazing things to say about Carly. I have been through a very flaky trainer, and a very stuck on himself and untrustworthy trainer who didn't really care much about my goals before I hired Carly. That being said I was super careful when I decided to hire a new trainer because I wanted someone long term who cared about my goals. I interviewed several people before I hired a personal trainer again and I know I made the absolute best choice when I hired Carly. She genuinely cares about my goals. She's reliable. She is educated in her field. She is flexible and she really understands my issues having been through her own weight loss journey. She is an inspiration to me as well. I have arthritis and have been through 14 surgeries on my left hip over the last 10 years. Besides weight loss, my goal is to be able to walk again after being on bed rest for a year and a half before and after my last surgery in January 2012. I have been working with Carly for 2 months now, going on our third and I have made so much progress thanks to her. She is always conscientious of my Arthritis and what I can and can't do. I do hurt some days more than others and she always has a back up plan. She does push me at times, but if I can't do something, she will find a way to revise the activity so that I can endure it. She really does care about my well being. She is one of the few trainers I have met that do training because they love what they do and because they really care about the people they work with, not because of the money. I know when I succeed, it is a success for Carly as well. I more than look forward to my daily training sessions with her. What can I say, she's just all around amazing! You won't regret hiring her. She's the best hands down!
I have always wanted to lose weight but I was not really motivated. One day I decided that I was going to reach out for help and so I looked on Thumbtack and posted what I needed. A few hours later I received an email from Xander and I began my PT. Xander has been my trainer for a little over a month and I have lost a total of 10 pounds. He is excellent at what he does and he explains workouts very well. He pushes you and encourages you to be the best you can be and does not make you feel like you cannot do something. He is very knowledgeable and absolutely fun. All of my trainings/sessions have been designed for me and I feel a lot better than I did a month ago. I have learned more about my body and nutrition in the month I have known him than in my nutrition class in college. I most definitely recommend Quest Fjitness for anyone who is on a mission to become healthier. Xander is very flexible and understanding; he will work with your schedule and is available for motivation 24/7!!

The best investment I have ever made in myself was hiring Amanda as my trainer. I interviewed several trainers and decided on Amanda because she understood me and where I was at in my life- almost 40, with chronic back pain, pre-hypertensive, and severely overweight. She didn't try to make me flip tractor tires or pull vehicles instead she started me off with basic strength and conditioning being mindful of my physical limitations. Now, three years later, I wear a size small or 4/6 . I can easily run a mile, my blood pressure is normal, and I am in the best shape of my life.
For the first time training with him, he was very supportive and pushed me to finish my daily goals. I struggled with push ups and burpees and he was there to push me through. Very educated on personal training and definitely knows what he's talking about when training you. Definitely would recommend him to a friend .

Kellie did one-on-one training with me, we did a 45 minutes high intensity workout. Some of the exercises had to be explain to me because I'd never performed them. She was very patient and explained the do's & don'ts behind exercises and stretches. At the end of our training I was extremely satisfied, she worked me out hard! I didn't think I'd be as exhausted as I was, she truly knows how to provide the work-out you ask for. I recommend her to anyone that's looking to get toned, strong & healthy.
