Hyson was very professional and provided a wonderful meal for our wedding at a private home. We were able to easily work with Hyson in planning from afar as this was a destination wedding for us and he was so helpful in figuring out all of the details in serving the meal once we arrived in California.
I had the pleasure of working with Renee at Layne G's wedding earlier this year, and she has been the best wedding planner/coordinator that I've dealt with (I'm a wedding vendor). She kept us in the loop prior to the wedding, but didn't send an overabundance of emails. Her emails/timeline/documents were extremely organized which made my job much easier. The day of the wedding, her team was also on point. They immediately helped with any request I had, which was for an extra table and linen. As a wedding vendor, I've worked a TON of weddings with a ton of planners, and you know Renee is great at her job when the wedding looks beautiful, everything is on time, and the bride and groom are stress-free and are having the best time of their life.
I saw DJ Danny J at a good friends wedding. He was so high energy and played all the greatest hits! He interacted with the guests and was so personable. Highly recommend!!
I am so happy that I hired Pam as my wedding day-of-coordinator. Although it was “day-of”, she helped me with a lot of the preparation that I didn’t even know existed. I didn’t know anything about a wedding and how to put it together, but she helped me more than I ever imagined. My timeline went smoothly and she assisted me in making sure everything was in line beforehand. Toward to end, she relieve me of my wedding stress by taking care of the little things. She was extremely easy to work with and her love for what she does truly shows. I have no regrets of hiring her and would recommend her to anyone needing help planning a wedding who knows nothing about how to make it happen or even someone who does.
I am so grateful to have gotten to work with Naseem in planning my wedding. She's ebullient and has a contagious enthusiasm about weddings. I kept wanting to play it cool and pretend I was above all the girly wedding stuff, but I couldn't help but get excited every time I talked to Naseem. She unlocked some of that wedding enthusiasm in me, and I'm so glad she did, because it made the planning experience a zillion times better. Also want to add that Naseem has a special talent for making luxurious paper art without spending a fortune. She knows how to use craft to transform the most humble components into beautiful details that make an event feel special and meaningful.
Chef Jackie Bruno catered the food for my Grandma's Memorial service. We had an evening church service on Thursday & had pan dulce hot chocolate & coffee. Friday was the burial & provided lunch. It was a stressful time planning the funeral & it was a great releif knowing I didnt have worry about the food at all. She took care of everything. She asked me what my grandma's favorite food was, & the tone of the funeral was, ( which was a celebration of life). We were eating my Grandma's favorite food & the decor was spot on. I love that Chef Jackie embraced & respected our participation in helpping serve the food since cooking was what my Grandma was all about.

I hired Nicole for "day of" wedding planning. We met a few times prior to my event, she even drove to Santa Cruz from San Jose to look at my venue with me. Nicole was outstanding! She was open to my suggestions, listened to my ideas, and executed my vision perfectly. She's has a great sense of style and creativity which came across beautifully on my wedding day. She is so easy to work with too which was awesome. If you're looking for an event planner, especially all the brides out there, hire Nicole, she's worth every penny! Lori did day of wedding planning for me. Everything went smoothly and I was free to mingle while she stressed over the details. Lori even washed dishes when the caterer accidentally used dinner plates for hors d' oeuvres. I would record Lori without hesitation.

My Fiance and I hired Sepideh as our full wedding coordinator/planner. I think this was the best decision we made to have her as part of our big day! Having never planned a wedding before I had no idea about the first thing I needed to do and I was stressed out. After meeting Sepideh and looking at her wedding pictures/video I was confident that I can trust her with planning everything for my wedding day (she planned all her wedding by herself and it was flawless). She is easy to contact and very quick with responses. Whenever I was stressed out about anything, I just called her right away and she took care of it. Also, she pays a lot of attention to details and she tries really hard to make sure all the requests are being addressed. She helped me with basically everything such as picking a venue, photographer/ videographer, decoration of the venue, picking a makeup artist, wedding band, even planning the bacheloret party! I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and I am so grateful that we picked Sepideh to help us throughout our wedding planning. If you need a coordinator, I highly recommend Sepideh because, not only she does an amazing job, but she does it with a warm heart.

We had a great experience at Allegro for our wedding reception. Jeano was extremely attentive in the planning process and was there for us to answer any questions that arose. He put on an amazing dinner with steak, salmon, and chicken that was all cooked to perfection! He worked with our time table, which got a little thrown off by traffic and those unforeseeable events that happen in weddings. He was professional and his staff was warm and friendly. The dinner and drinks were organized flawlessly, as there weren't lines for the food tables or the bar, and everyone had what they needed in a timely manner. Allegro's venue worked very well for our number of guests, everyone got to sit where they wanted and could mingle without issues. The restaurant was PERFECT for an after party as well! Their outside patio fit our guests and the DJ very well and we had people dancing and celebrating for hours! We still have people telling us 2 months out that our wedding was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. We know this was one Allegro's first wedding parties in the restaurant, but it was flawless, and your performance was that of a seasoned wedding planner! You went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! Thank you Jeano and all the Allegro crew! You guys are the BEST and we wish you great success in all you future wedding parties!
