I absolutely recommend Kristine and her team. She met up with my husband and I at our venue about a month before our wedding. This was a several hour drive for her which we really appreciated. She took the time to go through every detail, not only about the catering component, but the entire wedding. She clearly has a great deal of experience in the business and we got a lot of great ideas and input from her. She also was very much our advocate when dealing with the difficult bar manager at our venue. The day of the wedding she and her team set everything up perfectly. Her staff was amazing. They were all so sweet and stayed to the very end of the night making sure everything was cleaned and finished. Again I completely recommend Kristine, our wedding was amazing and a huge success which she had a big part of!
Thus far we have only completed the tasting, but Chef Judi & Chef Cyprus nailed it. They are wonderful listeners and have a great palate. My fiancee and I are complete foodies, therefore the food at our wedding is truly what the reception is about. We are confident that Taste-Full Events will provide our guests with the culinary experience we want them to have.
While We has to put are wedding plans on half to to an unexpected move. Karla was wonderful to work with and and here price was fair and had no problem working with my food allergy to me having an unexpected changes. If I am ever in the area and need a catering service she will be my first call.
From the tasting to the delivery to the actual wedding reception meal- every aspect- was excellent! Carmen is an incredible chef, Hector a fantastic delivery set-up person, and Gustavo a professional reliable business owner!
We hired Mark to cater brunch for our wedding, and we were very impressed! He replies in a timely manner to questions, requests, and concerns. From the moment he reached out in response to my project on Thumbtack, Mark worked hard to accommodate our needs. He made sure that we felt good about the menu before we booked him, and had us over for a tasting. Additionally, he noticed an item we didn't originally include on the menu and graciously added it to the meal (potatoes!). Many of our guests made comments to us about how much they enjoyed the food, and everyone (about 130 people) had as much to eat as they wanted with food left over. My only regret was that as the bride I didn't have the chance to eat as much of that AMAZING French toast as I wanted!
Tonya was very warm from our first contact. She definitely listened to what I needed and quickly put together some ideas. She is very flexible and never lets on that you are taking up her (very precious and little) free time. The evening of the event: I finally met Tonya and Israel. They went right to work with very little direction from me (their staff had to do final set up of the tables). My guests raved about the presentation and quality of the hors d’ouevres. Dinner was beautiful, delicious, and service was lovely. Just to top it off, no other caterer/chef service we have used has left our kitchen and home in such great shape. I can’t wait to book the team again.

We utilized Funky Dog Catering to serve our engineering group lunch and the value, work and product quality was excellent. We had a great experience at Allegro for our wedding reception. Jeano was extremely attentive in the planning process and was there for us to answer any questions that arose. He put on an amazing dinner with steak, salmon, and chicken that was all cooked to perfection! He worked with our time table, which got a little thrown off by traffic and those unforeseeable events that happen in weddings. He was professional and his staff was warm and friendly. The dinner and drinks were organized flawlessly, as there weren't lines for the food tables or the bar, and everyone had what they needed in a timely manner. Allegro's venue worked very well for our number of guests, everyone got to sit where they wanted and could mingle without issues. The restaurant was PERFECT for an after party as well! Their outside patio fit our guests and the DJ very well and we had people dancing and celebrating for hours! We still have people telling us 2 months out that our wedding was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. We know this was one Allegro's first wedding parties in the restaurant, but it was flawless, and your performance was that of a seasoned wedding planner! You went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! Thank you Jeano and all the Allegro crew! You guys are the BEST and we wish you great success in all you future wedding parties!
