Glenn has been teaching my now 12 year old son the bass guitar for two years. Glenn is a wonderful teacher and good friend to my son and my family. We can't imagine changing teachers. I highly recommend Glenn. He is punctual, prepared and very adaptable to the musical tastes of individual students. After a lesson he often creates a custom YouTube video on the lessons learned. My son Alexander has been taking guitar lessons from Seth for about 6 months now. He finally looks forward to his lessons. As parents, it was really important to us to have someone our son could connect with, and be inspired by. Seth has been the perfect match for us. Alexander says "He's a great player, great mentor, and all around awesome guy! He's taught me some cool techniques that I never knew before" We're excited to have him help our son unlock all of his musical potential. You Rock Seth!

Ii have been looking for a classical guitar instructor for quite some time now and I feel very fortunate to have found Bill Jones. His knowledge and experience shines through in his instruction. I have been playing the guitar for just over a year and felt as though I had a great deal of knowledge, but had a hard time applying it. In just our first session, Bill was provided me with the tools to create more productive practice sessions. Just after two days, I can see positive results from my studies. I highly recommend Bill. Thanks again

I have seen this duo perform. I also was lucky enough to be their early students. As a performer, they hold nothing back. It's as if the music is flowing through them. As teachers, they couldn't be more qualified or enthusiastic about passing on their knowledge and love for music and guitar. What stood out to me in their performance as well as their teaching were their passion and sincerity. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to learn casually or get serious with the guitar.

My son Max has been taking lessons with Ed for several years now and we couldn't be happier. Ed is an awesome music teacher with many talents. His knowledge of playing in a band has been a great help for my son. Ed will jump in and play the bass line with Max if needed. I love that he can teach vocals, guitar, bass, and drums and get in there and jam with my son, too. Ed's awesome! I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for a music teacher. Terry

Two of our children have benefitted from guitar lessons with Brian Murphy (one has since left for college.) I could go on and on why he is one of the best extracurricular investments we've made over the years. Simply, his rates are more than reasonable for what you get. The kids had different goals for pursuing guitar, they have different learning styles and have different temperaments. Brian Murphy adapted his teaching for each of them. He is encouraging and supportive and is available for questions or advice in between lessons. We've asked for lessons on acoustic and electric guitars and the electric bass guitar. He worked patiently with us as we adjusted each kid's goals (including composing and performing) and, in is quiet calm manner, he continues to support whatever goal we throw at him. Great guy to work with as a parent and my kids appreciate his style and support.

I am an aspiring singer, new to the city. I am growing a strong passion for blues and jazz and I would really love to get started with someone who can help teach me the fundamentals. I work so weekdays would be best, however I am open to times. I may be able to use a family members guitar but if you could provide one until I am able to purchase one would be great. Thanks so much!
