I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Allison is the best! I have been taking yoga classes on and off for a few years and never really saw a difference in my flexibility or mental clarity. Once I started with Allison, that all changed. She was able to customize a routine for me and guide me in a positive, knowledgable way. I now feel more flexible (stronger too!) and enjoy the peaceful feeling at the end of our session. Would definitely recommend!
I took a class with Amelia and had such a powerful and rejuvenating experience that I immediately asked her to collaborate with me in providing yoga classes for graduate and law students at the University of San Diego for the 2017-18 academic year. I continue to appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness in our exchanges putting the logistics of the program together. Amelia currently teaches biweekly classes but it is so popular that students have been asking me for weekly classes. She brings this unique energy that engages the students so much that the number of participants tripled from the last academic year!

Anya is a treasure. She has been teaching vinyasa yoga at Quixey twice a week for six months now. It was apparent from day one that Anya not only loves to teach yoga, but has an infectious positive energy, and a smiling, easy-going attitude that makes everyone feel comfortable and have fun, and even laugh together now and then. Besides her deep knowledge of yoga, I really like her teaching style. There was a mix of beginners and more experienced students, and she was able to jump in and get us going in a flow immediately, and then gradually honed our technique. She also has a good eye for seeing when someone needs individual attention, and walks around helping us. But she also knows how to pace the class and keep us challenged by gradually increasing difficulty, trying new poses and techniques. You will get a challenging workout with Anya, followed by a centering shavasana that will leave feeling peaceful and relaxed. At Quixey, word spread about how good Anya's class and it the number of students kept growing until we had to find a larger space. Anya is the best Yoga teacher I have had, and if you're lucky enough to have an opportunity to have her teach you, I would recommend you try just one class, and you will be hooked by Anya's talent and wonderful energy.
I love working with Katie! I wanted a private yoga instructor because my body was really tight. I felt like I needed a little extra care before I went back to full yoga classes. She is able to tune into my body and help me with what I need!

I have working out with Nick for over a year in a HIIT class and yoga. Earlier this year I hurt my knee and with his guidance I am almost pain free. During our yoga sessions he is excellent at explaining the stretches and how they relate to the entire body. He also is very knowledgable in helping with other aches and pains throughout the body. Overall, it is a great experience to go through any of Nick's classes.
I so love being in a yoga class with Colette. She is thorough , she is personable, and she makes you feel part of a family. She is a teacher for all ages. I am looking at 70 and I still can enjoy her classes because she emphasizes personal development, not competition.

I was brand new to Yoga. Before our first class, Emily sent me an assessment to be prepared for our class. Arriving on time and ready with mats, blocks and supplies, we began. I never had to ask questions as Emily walked me through every move. The hour flew by, I was given "homework" to practice for our next meeting. Emily followed up 2 times before we met again. I really think this will be great for me. Emily is great and so very patience. I hooked!
Kimmi is a gifted and intuitive healer. I appreciate that she is available for private session and group classes. She often donates her reiki love at a weekly yoga class I teach, and the students are always left feeling more at ease and peace. I receive many comments of gratitude from the students for her healing presence. I highly recommend Kimmi and Reiki Love.
Christian Woelk is not only an amazing yoga instructor, he is a talented personal trainer and program manager. I love that Christian is a soccer player and that carries through to his sports specific training. Also, he has many years of managing and developing corp fitness under his belt.

I had the pleasure of going through Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training with Michelle. Over the 5 weeks, it was amazing to watch her grow as a teacher. Her energy and personality make even the most challenging parts of class seem doable. She is such a kind person and I'm lucky to have met her. Highly recommend her as a coach/teacher.

Melissa was amazing! We hired Melissa to teach a morning yoga class for 10 ladies at my friend's bachelorette. She arrived right on time, despite the rain, with mats and props in tow, and led our group in an hour-long flow class. She was warm, confident, and fun - we all really enjoyed our session with Melissa. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
