I highly recommend Natalie Nuno with Zion Health as your personal trainer. I have used her since July 2017 for twice a week of personal training sessions. By December 2017I had lost 30 lbs from 165 down to 135 from working out with her twice a week and on a strict diet. My clothing size changed from a very tight size 14 down to a size 8. My A1C also dropped from 6.4 and being on diabetes medication (6.5 if full blown diabetes) down to 5.5 and my doctor taking me off the diabetes medications. I have been working out at a local gym and was fortunate to meet Caterina. Caterina became my personal trainer as of June 2015. Motivation, breaking a sweat, and various strength training moves makes working out with Caterina so much fun and showing results. She is able to pack in a variety of sets with me in 25 minutes. Did I say I break a sweat? Her method is using your body as resistance, which works me so much harder than just weight lifting. But most important of all is that Caterina is your cheerleader. With the extra boost of confidence, you will be pushing yourself further than you ever thought you could.

I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. Let me start off by saying that I am a personal trainer and there is no other nutritionist/cleanse program that I would ever send one of my clients to.
