The owner Derek came out and began with a thorough video inspection of my internal, second-story roof drains, and my main sewer drain line. They then did a great job dealing with a tricky accumulation of gravel in the roof drains, and added a recommended clean-out for a hard-to-reach spot. The sewer drain turned out to be free of roots, but had started to sag to a concerning extent in one area. They dug it up and fixed the sagging spot, shoring up the area with compacted earth and gravel. They had a supervisor on site, which was great for asking questions, and I especially appreciated being able to text with him about the timing of cutting the main sewer line during this work. I also talked with him about a separate plumbing issue I have run into in the past, and he was clearly very knowledgable about it. Very professional and great communication throughout the job.
