They will help you with all steps of the remodeling process, including design and architectural drawings for permit submission and pulling permits (or a subset of these services if you're handling some parts yourself). Second, they use software tools that allow you to check the progress of the work, get daily updates with photos, and track the completion schedule. This is extremely valuable to me and provides peace of mind. Third, Doron (the owner) stands behind his work and guaranteed repairs for several years after work completion. I had weekly meetings with Doron to discuss my satisfaction with the project progress, to discuss any issues and feedback, and to discuss upcoming work and timelines. Pinot was my project manager, the person I communicated with the most, and who was providing me with daily updates. Pinot is diligent and consistently went above and beyond to make sure all the work was completed correctly. As with any project things will sometimes need to be addressed or fixed. I found the team very responsive to my concerns and to feedback from the HOA about site issues. Overall, I would definitely consider working with Method Remodeling on any future remodeling projects and would recommend Doron and team to friends and family."See more
