Sandra M. says, "It is a mystery as to why appliances breakdown at the most inconvenient time. I had guests arriving from out of state in a few days when I walked into the garage to see a huge puddle of water near the heater and realized there is no hot water. I put my job on Thumbtack at 3 PM and was contacted immediately by World Class Plumbing. Nathaniel was at my house at 5 PM, he quickly diagnose the problem. My six year old water heater was cracked (who knew they could crack?). It was still under warranty (a small miracle!) We discussed the job, what it entailed and agreed on a price. Nathaniel removed and took the old water heater, came back with a new one and finish the installation, including new connectors, and copper piping, in a few hours. And since he was already at the house, I had him install a new utility sink faucet that I had purchased earlier that week.
Nathaniel is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made recommendations on some plumbing issues that I should think about addressing after my out-of-state guests left. He texted me the next day to be sure all was well with the water heater and that I had hot water.
Would I use World Class Plumbing again? I already have. I took Nathaniel’s‘s advice and had him install an expansion tank on the new water heater, a new hose bib and pressure regulator on the water service riser into the house along with a new shut off valve. He did a great job, cleaned and swept, And even sent me before and after pictures. What a relief to have a dependable plumber!"See more
