Dr. John McGrail is truly wonderful and amazing!!! I attempted to stop smoking on my own, but was unsuccessful because of the level of anxiety I would experience each time. I started researching online in order to find different methods of breaking this addition. I came across several online articles where Dr. McGrail had commented in regards to how hypnotherapy can assist in quitting smoking by changing the way the mind perceives it. I decided to call and discuss this matter with him as I was a bit skeptical. I was very pleased and impressed from the moment I spoke to Dr. McGrail as he truly took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Because of his professionalism and level of compassion, I made an appointment with him and became a nonsmoker within a week after one session. Given that I had never been to a hypnotherapist, I can say that the entire process was very relaxing and enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated the fact that Dr. McGrail followed up with me from time to time in order to check on my progress. If I knew quitting could be this easy, I would have stopped years ago. It has now been a little over a month and I do not know why I ever smoked and am actually handling stress a lot better than I ever did as a smoker. "When I first called Susan I felt like my life was so toxic that I would die. I Susan helped me to zero in on how the toxicity in my life: alcohol, smoking cigarettes,and general negative thinking were not my fault but neither was I powerless to overcome them. Susan helped me to see the how these behaviors stemmed from the trauma I lived through as a child and that I could rise above them by understanding the reasons why I hid behind the alcohol. As I came to understand these connections, I was able to acknowledge and accept the behaviors without blaming myself. The hypnosis we did made it so much easier to find that inner peace and self acceptance that the need to drink and smoke seemed to melt away without effort. I was able to stop drinking for the first time since I was 15 years old. I also quit smoking. I learned how the emotional brain could disconnect from the logical brain and cause me to operate on raw emotion. As I learned about that phenomena called Emotional Hijacking so that I could navigate back to logic when emotion took over. Do yourself a favor and go see Brian. He was recommended to me by a good friend. I never thought anybody could get me out of the deep dark hole I was stuck in but even at the end of the first session I walked away feeling euphoric because I knew I would be able to find balance and happiness again. I was smiling in my car on the drive home. It was unbelievable. Life changing. After each session there is some kind of breakthrough. Brian is able to cut through the issue and help you find the root of the feeling that you never knew existed. It is a freeing experience. This is how life change takes place. At first, the hypnotherapy part made me nervous but actually there is nothing scary about hypnotherapy. You are still very aware, however it helps you go deeper into your own mind.     debra cucci is masterful in her field. i have had the most wonderful and positive experience with hypnosis that debra facilitated. i orginally contacted debra regarding a swallowing issue that had escalated to a point where i was in tremendous fear. after ONE session (which i went into doubtful that i could even enter a hypnotic state), my fear subsided considerably (i felt 80% "recovered"), and by the third session i was back to feeling myself. words cannot adequately describe the experience i have each time debra has worked her hypnosis magic with me. besides being accomplished in the area of hypnosis (she really knows her stuff), debra is a wonderful person to just sit and talk with. always welcoming and kind. it is reassuring to know that this gentle and peaceful intervention with a highly skilled and artful hypnotherapist is available whenever needed. thank you, debra!

    I was quite skeptical about the benefits of hypnotherapy, but I desperately wanted to quit smoking without the use of drugs or nicotine patches. I heard about Jeremy through a friend and thought I would give hypnosis a try. Jeremy gave me good advice on how to manage my stress and control cravings. I was surprised that within a few sessions I was able to cope much better with stress and actually quit. It's been 7 months since I had my last cigarette. Francoise (therapist) is very professional and very skilled in what she is doing, (hypnosis) I felt immediate trust after my first session and signed up for 9 more!       I 1000% thought that hypnosis was a load of bull until I actually tried it. I went to Greg when his business was still based in San Francisco and he was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable right away.       If you want to make a change from the inside out, go see Brice. I used to think that I would never be able to quit smoking (1 pack a day for 16 years) but I did it in just 3 sessions with Brice.
