He didnt try to waste my time with hours long sales presentation. The windows were installed about 6 weeks after ordering them and they look great.The complaints I have are minor but still are important and I hope the company pays attention to my review. My first complaint is when they contacted me to set up my appointment for my installation. I got an email first telling me what day my appointment was scheduled for but I never spoke with anyone in order to set up an appointment. I get a text a day or so later with the same information. Then I get a call another day later to set up my appointment. Once my installer came for the appointment I was disappointed in the fact that they didnt speak very good English. They were friendly and did my install quickly and professionally but there were questions that I had that he wasnt able to answer and I had to call my sale person to get those questions answered.Overall my experience was good and I would use Window World again and I have already recommended them to a family member."See more

Aaron was amazing! He installed a pocket door in my office area. He sent a very detailed estimate of what the work would entail before the job started and a pricing estimate. Day one arrived and we ran into a slight hiccup (I ordered the wrong frame) he helped come up with solutions to work with what we had. Ultimate I decided to buy the correct frame, which he went and picked up for me. Installed, plastered, painted, added base boards back, put hardware on the door. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Definitely hire Aaron for your next project!
