Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

She is THE best Zumba teacher. During their classes loss about 25 pounds. THE combination of dance, exercises to tone and stretch with yoga parties, make the best of its kind.
Aneesa provides a calm and welcoming atmosphere in her home, which is where she taught the session in which I participated. The deck was lovely, with a great view. Aneesa can taylor the session to individuals or groups. Yoga with Aneesa was relaxing and I felt great afterwards!

Marjorie is Magic. She suggests practical practices with patience and compassion. When met with my resistance (which happens), she is persistent and creative, but never pushy. I did a 10 month course to essentially work on grounding through a crazy amont of travel (4.5 months away from home) and improving my sleep habits. My tendencies still get triggered, but I recover more quickly and with more grace. Marjorie has guided me in making shifts that I never thought were possible. So much gratitude.

She was incredibly professional, super sweet and the session was a perfect balance of workout, stress release and balance. My name is Jim. I've been training with Chris at least twice a week for the past 13 plus years. We do functional fitness training With a combination of programs using your own body weight such as push ups, pull ups, etc We also also do weights and agility programs that focus on strength and cardio with a good mixture of various yoga stretches to focus on breathing and enhancing your entire body mentally and physically. We train hard as we do all the exercises togethern but laugh and enjoy it every time. Chris changes the programs periodically so your body continues to change in strength, fitness and agility without ever seeming like work or monotonous. We have great energy throughout our work outs and it continues the entire day He's also very knowledgeable about nutrition It's a great combination that has kept me very fit
