I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Allison has been coming to my house twice a week to give private yoga instruction to me and my daughter. She is an absolute pro, always on time, and we are learning so much. She is a joy to work with and we always look forward to our sessions. Allison gives us options on what we'd like to work on, and we end up getting a well-rounded lesson (we're both beginners but not for long!) and feeling invigorated and relaxed. Highly recommend!
Amelia is overall an outstanding yoga instructor. She came in to our small 8 personal group class with a lot of positive energy and was very mindful towards the future mommas, providing necessary props! She was also very mindful of everyone’s different levels, guiding us through great flow at different intensities. She also incorporated few great partner stretches which made the practice even more special for our small group! She even providing calming oils and rose quartz stone treats as small takeaways! Amelia has wonderful energy and everyone in the group was energized and uplifted after the 1 hour session. I would highly recommend Amelia to lead a yoga class, whether private or for a small group, and even larger events!
Mela is a phenomenal healer and absolute master of her craft. She has provided training in anatomy and physiology to my students in training to be Yoga instructors and has worked on my own body to heal injuries that no one else could cure.
words can't really explain how amazing Patricias classes are. I have been inspired beyond words by her approach to teaching. More than really tell you what to do, she would tell you where to look at to understand the biomechanics of your body and based on that work on alignment to have a safe practice always!!. I have been studying and practicing yoga with several teachers in Asia but Patricia has been THE teacher who has touched my soul, changed my practice and encouraged me to go beyond my own limits. She is without a doubt a very knowledgable teacher with loads of experience on different types of trainings and you can see the outcome of her many years of dedicated studies and practice the moment you see your body and life being quickly transformed by her teachings. I feel very blessed that I was able to be her student . After she left the country that we both lived in it was really hard to find another teacher with Patricias skills !. she is simple a blessing for any serious yoga practitioner.

I took yoga classes with Jen for about 4 years. She connects with people very well and understands what you are looking for without telling much. Her yoga method applies to all levels of yoga practitioners. It can be made very challenging for advanced folks or easy for beginners. But the best part about Jen is that she explains how each part of the body should be held for any pose. When you follow those instructions exactly, the pose can be held easily. Some of the poses were very difficult for me in the beginning but with Jen's consistent help, I could do it in a shorter period than with other instructors. Her method of teaching goes hand in hand with meditation. That leaves me very relaxing. She is also a great human being - she volunteers to provide therapy sessions at cancer centers. She is a great pick!

I went to see Alex after suffering a major bout of Tendinitis in my knees at the age of 43. Alex was able rehab my knee while also going back to the basics with my exercise, posture, and weight training. In two months, I went from 200 lbs and 22% BF to 185 lbs and 17% BF. I have now been with Alex for 9 months. We do strength training 2 days a week and Yoga 2 days a week. The combination of the two has helped me to overcome my Tendinitis and I am now playing soccer again! I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to get back into shape or trying to get there for the first time.
I was brand new to Yoga. Before our first class, Emily sent me an assessment to be prepared for our class. Arriving on time and ready with mats, blocks and supplies, we began. I never had to ask questions as Emily walked me through every move. The hour flew by, I was given "homework" to practice for our next meeting. Emily followed up 2 times before we met again. I really think this will be great for me. Emily is great and so very patience. I hooked!
I am new to yoga. I didn't know the terms or positions, and about as limber as a plank of wood.
