Stephen is really cool and great to work with. I am very impressed with his honesty, always arrives 5 mins earlier to the class. He trained me and my Wife with full focus and guidance. Baron is an exceptional personal trainer whose passion for health and fitness is inspiring. I've been training with him for the past 5 months and each session is so much more than just a killer workout. He challenges my mental limits by pushing me beyond the edge of my (perceived) physical limits. He thoughtfully fine tunes his extensive knowledge of fitness / body mechanics in order to meet specific individual needs. He is very patient with me - and if a new technique seems intimidating, he will take the time to explain and answer any of my questions. One of his many skills is knowing how to push without being "pushy" - to motivate without being demanding. And he always knows exactly what I need to hear to get me through the "I can't" moments. Baron is professional, engaging and genuinely cares about his clients' success. I highly recommend him.
I have had a wonderful experience training with Anthony at God's Gym! He tailors each work out to my abilities, challenges me to incrementally work harder to build strength, but does not push me beyond my abilities or risk injury. Work outs are challenging, get my heart pumping and leave me with the "good" muscle soreness for a few days. There is minimal downtime in the 30 minute sessions, thus there is no wasted time. This contrasts to my experience during training sessions at other gyms. I feel that these sessions are consistently higher yield compared to my other gym experiences. Anthony, himself, is awesome. He is kind, patient, has a great sense of humor. He is VERY encouraging. He provides nutritional guidance specific for your goals. My schedule can be quite variable, and he has consistently accommodated this so that I could make as many training sessions as possible. The entire team at God's gym is very welcoming and supportive. A great environment, and an amazing community that I am now happy to participate in! Also, I would recommend that those considering this gym should not be "turned off" by the name if they are not religious, people of faith, Christian, etc. This is a comfortable and welcoming place for ALL people to train. :)
I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.

This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!
I have worked with many personal trainers over the years, but no one has delivered excellent results as consistently as Joe. I've lost weight, while actually enjoying the workouts! It is serious training that is 100% personalized to your body and goals. His private gym is a great environment to avoid the crowds and never feel intimidated. There's really no better investment you can make in yourself-- try a few sessions, and see for yourself! You won't regret it.

Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.
When I began my physical training with Caterina, I was quite out of shape, over weight, and having chronic back problems. Although we have only been working together for approximately eight weeks, I am already seeing improvements in my fitness level and my body shape. I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier overall. Caterina pushes me harder than I would push myself all while supporting me in my efforts. Caterina does an excellent job of structuring the training session so it is a balanced workout. She is a true pleasure to have as a personal trainer, and she encourages me to continue working toward my fitness goals.
My friends gave me a visit to Will for my 73rd birthday back in 2015. One of the best presents I have ever received. I decided to continue sessions resulting in big improvements my balance and core strength. I was concerned training would be expensive, but Will’s prices are reasonable. Will made me feel comfortable and not intimidated. Plus, he’s easy to talk to, so sessions go by quickly. He plans out each class to target multiple muscle groups and get some cardio. Starting training with him was one of the BEST things I've ever done for myself. I find him to be a good person, an excellent instructor.

Omar was my fitness trainer twice a week for approximately 4 months. He was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable. He encouraged me to work harder as well as teaching me good body form and nutrition information. We set goals and Omar helped me achieve them. He kept a close eye on my progress and always made sure I was progressing. He is a positive and energenic trainer and I would highly recommend him.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally.
