Tracee does an amazing job teaching the bootcamp group exercise classes. It is very clear she spends time to plan ahead, research new ways to target different body areas, and makes sure to give us the best workout possible in the allotted time. I also appreciate how she checks in after the work out to see what we liked/ didn't like, and how to make it an even better class the next time. She is a great motivator, I love taking her classes!

Before working with Angela, I was struggling after having my second baby to get back into the swing of eating healthy, training for endurance events, balancing my time between kids and spouse, and have energy. As a result of working with Angela I am now creating weekly grocery lists and meal plans, I have completed one triathlon and preparing for another one. As a life-long athlete from the age of eight, I’ve worked with many coaches, trainers, physical therapists and fitness instructors over the past five decades and feel very fortunate to have found Ariel. She brings a unique set of skills and talents to her role, including an extensive knowledge of yoga, ballet, cycling, aquatics and Gyrotonic, as well as specialized training in more therapeutic practices. Her keen observation and listening skills allow her to quickly assess what you need to do to build strength, coordination and flexibility and how you can adjust your position and range of movement so that it's easier and more joyful for your body to do what it wants to do naturally. Vanessa was my trainer for Boot Camp for about six months. Her workouts were amazing. She is so enthusiastic and positive and really makes you work hard. It was a group work out but she did a great job to check in with all of her clients individually during one session or another. After only a couple months of workouts twice a week my body definitely changed. Also not one of her workouts was the same. She is so creative with the routines and exercises. She is extremely considerate of your time and makes sure you get a full hour workout. I highly recommend Vanessa as a personal trainer. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
Michael is an amazing trainer! I needed to get in shape for my sisters wedding.. At first we met three times a week, but as the wedding grew closer we met five times a week. He helped me lose 30 pounds and 15 inches in just 6 months!!!! He is great at keeping the workouts fun and interesting and he truely cares about making a difference in peoples lives.. I have taken Yoga classes from Susana for several years and I always feel terrific and energized after a class. Susana is a patient teacher, careful to observe and help students with the poses. I would never talk trash about other trainers, but the fact is that many are stuck in old ways of using "ultra standard" equipment and techniques. I incorporate exercises and strategies that are most effective (and many relatively new), not most common. These methods have allowed me to have success rates much higher than average.
I am currently certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and have a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. I am highly motivated and committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals.
