I asked JJ to put together a workout targeted to getting me into better skiing condition but also explained that I have some back issues that I can limit my work out. JJ put together a targeted work out that is improving my leg strength with some aerobic intensity which was exactly what I was looking for. In addition, the program JJ designed not only did not cause any lower back pain, it actually has helped strengthen my lower back.
I attended Jenay's pre natal yoga classes and in addition to being great fun, they kept me mobile and sane during my pregnancy. Jenay is clearly an expert but unlike others is free of pretentiousness and caters to the needs and desires of her clients. Can't recommend her enough.

You were so kind, and gentle, leading the yoga class for people who are not that comfortable with it. I really enjoyed it. But your meetups were for overweight people, I'm not, and I got too busy with other stuff anyway. I would return again if my schedule changed, and if it wasn't just for weight challenged people.
