We have been working with Daniel for 6+ months. He is a fitness expert and and excellent trainer. He brings lots of ideas and ways to make fitness a fun activity for me and my wife! He is awesome motivator and has provided diet recommendations as well. He also great at PT as well! Overall an excellent professions! Extremely rare find!

Dan is such an amazing trainer, not only is he knowledgeable about the body and health, he is not the type of trainer with a clip board just counting what you are doing. He ensures you are doing the exercises properly so you are getting the most out of every workout. His meal plans and training techiniques are designed to fit your needs and that is something that I think it critical in being successful. He is passionate about what he does and it shows with every interaction I had with him.
Jeff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I know that he is here to help me along my fitness journey. I have worked with other trainers in the past and Jeff by far is the best. He focuses not only on exercise, but also incorporates nutritional guidance. This is important for me since food has been an issue, and not knowing what to eat and when to eat. He put together my entire program from proper dynamic warm-ups, strength training and foam rolling, which has increased my flexibility tremendously. He makes working out fun! Challenges me all the time, but knows when to push me, and pushes me safely. I have learned so much from him and so many different ways to work out. He utilizes many different pieces of equipment and I don't get bored. My results have been amazing! I have lost 15 pounds and 5% body fat. My strength and endurance is much better and I'm doing activities that I have not done in years. I would recommend Jeff to anyone out there who wants a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience, and an educated professional who is always on top of his game!

Fitness training has never been very difficult for me, but eating right has always been a challenge. My coach (Christian) did an incredible job at helping me build a nutrition plan that didn't feel like "dieting". The first day on the plan I was in shock by how full I felt... I am a 55 y/o, F. I am a former marathon runner, avid kayaker and hiker. Presently, I walk or run/walk (more than run) half marathons - hence, I still consider myself to be athletic and in good shape for my age. Over the years, however; I have noticed a decrease in my strength and balance. After meeting with Don and performing the Functional Assessment, Don created a personal training program designed to target those areas of my body that needed greater strengthening, and we worked on skills to improve my balance. I can honestly say that I noticed an improvement in both my strength and balance, within two weeks. Don's customized and personal approach of coaching me individually through every activity, to be certain I am performing each move or task correctly, is a service I have not found with other "gyms". Also, each week the "routine" is a bit different. I love this one on one technique. I would absolutely recommend Success Health and Fitness to anyone who feels he/she would like to improve any aspect of their overall fitness - athlete or non-athlete.
Victoria by far was the best trainer that I have trained with. She is attentive and really pays attention to detail. When I talk about detail what’s important is that she really focuses on form, eating healthy and any limitations you may have. Let’s face it that is what a great trainer does. They listen, they pay attention and they aren’t afraid to push you toward your greater self. If you are looking for a trainer that pushes you and cares about you as a person well don’t waste another minute! Victoria embodies all of these! She has so many different great qualities but her spirit of excellence shines in everything she does. In the time that I have trained with her I have not only grown my strength but I have grown as a person. I have more boldness that I have ever had in the gym. We want you to learn how to workout anywhere at any time with as little equipment as possible. We want you to create the habit of fitness for life, but if it's complicated or location oriented, you will likely not follow through. With that said, we have TRX, Bosu, resistance bands, a large selection of hand weights, stability balls, and a lot of other fun pieces of equipment that you can use here or buy for your home. Who is your trainer? My name is Sarah Orio. I am a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and women's fitness specialist, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I became a personal trainer after going through my own health and fitness struggles. I have been severely underweight, struggling to put weight on, and then several years later, I became obese, and struggled for years to take the weight off. I tried so many different plans and methods to lose weight, but finally found success in a small studio atmosphere where I was able to find individualized attention, support, and accountability.
