Veronique helped me with 3 swimming sessions to work on treading water and freestyle. While I need a few more lessons to be truly ready for anything, I saw marked improvements in my technique so I didn't get so tired and could be calmer/enjoy my time in the water more. She gives you a ton of attention both with on land strength exercises and closely observing and correcting you in the water. I recommend getting her help if you'd like a refresher to fix some of your technique!

I've taken multiple yoga classes here and they are fantastic instructors. The partner yoga workshops they put on are so unlike any classes I've ever taken. You should try it out, with friends or your significant other. Also their meal prep service saves me a ton of time and the food is delicious!

Sierra is a wonderful yoga teacher that I have been working with for over 2+ years. Her classes offer a time for students to meditate and calm their minds, as well as stretch their bodies. She's able to adapt positions to help the many different needs of her students. She is quite knowledgeable and constantly learning and sharing her knowledge with her students.

Danielle is an amazing person and top notch instructor. Her love for life and yoga are clearly felt. She led a yoga class on Baker Beach in SF for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Even though I planned a stellar weekend, her yoga session was everyone’s favorite activity. I still can’t believe she went above and beyond by creating the coolest bachelorette playlist - truth be told, I play it at work everyday!

Alia helped me so much! I was only lucky enough to work with her for a few weeks but she helped me so much. I lost 10lbs in that short time and am now obsessed with yoga! My mom worked with her as well and loved her too. I would recommend her to anyone!

We had a private yoga class with Carolena during our trip in Napa. She arrived on time, provided mats for our group and was a great instructor! She was able to adapt to the needs of our group. She was thorough with checking in with each of us about injuries/pain and made sure we all felt comfortable. We would definitely work with Carolena again!

Sasha is a yogi. He is definitely the greatest yogi I know, but then again he’s the only yogi I know. Sasha takes yoga very seriously - he reads lots of books by the great yogis, studies chakras and views it as a spiritual practice above all. He took a Kundalini Yoga instructor class and wants to help others on their spiritual path. I once visited Sasha with my girlfriend, and since he’s a friend of mine, he offered us a class which he called “simple”. Since I’m definitely not a yogi I found nothing simple about this class. Let me tell you, I was quite impressed with Sasha’s command of his body. The things he does with his stomach are kinda crazy. My muscles were sore for 3 days after that. This was mighty impressive to watch Sasha practice his passion. Sasha approach to yoga is very spiritual. He hums, chants mantras and all that stuff. If you’re into spirituality, you might get a kick out of that. He can use yoga to invoke rather intense psychedelic experiences in himself, and probably in you, too. You have to agree that this is an impressive ability. Yoga is an ancient art of discovering the reality of your existence. Yogis train for many years to attain the absolute truth and perceive reality for what it is. Those yogis who attain to truth are called gurus. Sasha is no guru yet, but he has definitely worked through some of his attachments with the help of yoga and plant medicine. So he might help you start the journey of self-discovery, as long as you don’t get too attached to yoga or Sasha in the process, and focus on the experience that he can help you have rather than his explanation of your experience, which would probably involve chakras. You will also probably get more healthy. Actually, if you practice consistently - for sure. But if you’re looking at yoga as an eastern-flavored gymnastics, Sasha is not for you. He is well above that level. You’d be better off booking a class at your local gym.

Regina was amazing to work with! She immediately recognized things about my body that I've been struggling to identify for years. She gave me clear and specific tools that I can apply as I develop my own practice and attend other group classes. I highly recommend Regina to anyone looking for a more personalized introduction to yoga. I will be booking again with her very soon!

Brett and his team were wonderful! We used a few of the services that EWS offers massage, desk yoga and healthy cooking classes. The people in our offices would line up to sign up; it was always a full house. I would recommend EWS to any company looking to provide Professional on-site wellness service to their employees.

Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
