Working with Markshane and all of his trainers at shape up studio has been the best fitness experience I've ever had. The first meeting with Markshane was a "get to know" you session and I could tell he really cared about me and my goals. When I came in for my first training session after the consultation, I could tell he listened to what I liked and wanted because my favorite exercises were sprinkled throughout the 30 min session. If you are hesitating to begin your fitness journey because you are uncomfortable in your body or with your current fitness level, don't be. The trainers at Shape up studio are kind, compassionate, and really want to see you succeed. I'm really glad I took the first step and started working out here. I have no doubt that Shape up Studio will get me to my fitness goals!
I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I tried for many years to get rid of my cellulite around my hips, stomach and thighs. I hired other fitness trainers that were unable to help me. Let me tell you I worked really hard with the other trainers. Blood, sweat and tears and I still had cellulite. I continued to work out by myself 3 to 4 times a week; lifting weights, jogging etc. I still could not get rid of my cellulite. It was not until I met Kathleen. I watched Kathleen at the gym while she was training her clients. I notice her clients becoming more and more fit. They were looking beautiful. I had to find out what Kathleen's secret was. Kathleen has a unique way of training and incorporating nutrition into your diet. She educated me on the body weight, targeting specific muscles, bone strength, digestive system and much more. Kathleen taught me how to strengthen my weak back, neck and shoulder areas. She has amazing recipes for great tasting, nutritional meals. Because of Kathleen I have absolutely no cellulite on my entire body and no more aches and pains. I am 52 years old and look like a teenager again. I know that may sound hard to believe but it is true!! I love you Kathleen!
I highly recommend Roger to anyone interested in group training, personal training, or for any fitness goal that anyone may have. Roger really dedicate his time and energy to his clients to makes sure that the workouts are always invigorating, safe, fun, and never repetitive. I can guarantee there are no limits to his workouts; the word impossible is not in his vocabulary. I saw results within the first two months of working out and really enjoyed the energy and support from Roger. If there were more stars to give I would give him more!
Johanna is an awesome zumba and water aerobics teacher. Her routines are presented clearly and are challenging enough for a beginner but not too difficult to understand, and provide a great full body workout. She has tons of enthusiasm and is very knowledgable about fitness. I have not used her personal training services but I'm sure they are excellent as well!
Rochelle was my personal trainer for several years. She is a lot of fun and she works your butt off literally!!
Margo is a great personal trainer. He helped me get back to pre-baby body after 4 kids. Margo never gave up on me even when I wanted to quit on myself. He included a personal nutritional plan with my fitness training which none of the other personal trainers I've worked with provided. I highly recommend his services.
Diane and I worked for a couple of weeks and she had showed me how professional she can be. She absolutely helped me a lot in teaching me new exercises. In the beginning of our course she asked where I wanted to be when it came to how I wanted my body to be and she made my own personal fitness plan according to what I told her. The fitness plan was great! Although we had only worked for a couple of weeks, I did see some changes especially in the way I eat. To top all of that she was very sociable and understanding. She actually tries to get to know you which is great. I felt comfortable opening about myself with her. My few weeks with her were great! I totally recommend working with her!

I love how convenient the workout sessions are: you pick a location and time that works for you and he brings all the equipment you'll need. Most importantly, he works with you to create realistic and attainable goals. Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. I had the pleasure of working with Juan for several months to help get me in the best shape of my life. I'm already in pretty decent shape, but the fact that Juan helped me shed more body fat and helped me reach my fitness goal was amazing. Reign Athletics & Self Made Training Facility have completely changed my expectations having a personal trainer. I have had trainers at Eos fitness & L.A. fitness and I will never go back to either places or any local gyms for that matter. As a MMA fighter I need to keep my body fat percentage down while keeping my muscle but most importantly staying around 185lbs so I don't die during weight cutts. Brittany has improved every aspect I need as a fighter inside and outside the gym. I never realized how much a science there is in fitness until I started training with her at Self Made. Self Made has top of the line equipment an amazing atmosphere of great people! It's is a Family I'm blessed to have the opportunity to train at and be apart of! When I first started with Brittany I was around 22-24% body fat and in so much need for conditioning and Muscle endurance! My first fight I was completely gased out by the first round that was before starting with Reign Athletics @SelfMadetrainingfacility within a month I had my second fight and I was day and night better!!
