Valet parking, security, and clean up crew for wedding at private estate in Beverly Hills on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Eddy personally handled my wedding needs with the utmost care and professionalism. He arrived the day before while the other vendors were setting up to inspect the estate, and also was present both during the Saturday wedding as well as Sunday clean up. I greatly appreciate his firm being able to provide/handle all my service needs. The valets promptly and courteously parked all my guests vehicles while serving as the front line in guarding against tourists from entering the estate. All the valets had uniforms on as well as the security guards arrived in a black suits with ties. Every guard did their job while courteously addressing all my guests. Finally, the clean up thoroughly cleaned the estate the next day with no damage. Eddy and his crew did everything they were supposed to do, and did so professionally, courteously, and promptly. Incidentally, one of my wedding guests used Eddy's service for his Malibu wedding in 2014, and was equally satisfied. The host/owner of the estate also enjoyed Eddy's service, and though I have not followed up, indicated he would use Eddy. Lastly, Eddy is a retired policeman. What this potentially means is that he has a way to chat up other police officers in case you need help managing police when you party or event may run a tad long into the evening or is too loud ;-)
I found 3 Little Birds on Thumbtack and instantly fell in love with the way Jessica and Dustin communicated and worked with me and my fiancé! We hired them as day of wedding planners and got an initial meet &a greet, timeline meeting, wedding rehearsal and the day of. Here's what makes them 5 stars. Dustin is an absolute gem and has the creative view to help pull the wedding day together. He used bridesmaid bouquets as extra decor, reused ceremony flowers for the reception and helped with every detail including me asking him to move some things around when they didn't look exactly how I pictured them. He checked in throughout the night and was amazing! Jessica is everything you could ever want in a wedding planner and she is absolutely wonderful. Organized. Thorough. Great communication. But honestly the entire wedding day and night she kept asking me and my husband if needed anything. She bustled my dress for me, brought us appetizers and drinks and honestly made me feel like a princess. I had no worries the entire night! I highly recommend you have them stay to help clean up, it was a god send. Thank you Jessica and Dustin!!

Our memorable highlights include The Jewel's of France in Beverly Hills for Juvenile Arthritis hosted by Teri Hatcher , MKG Emmy suite for breast cancer hosted by Adrienne Malouff, Project Angel Food hosted by Lisa Vanderpump. I hired Chef Mark and his fabulous catering company for our wedding this April in Newport Coast California. We absolutely adore his five star Pacific Rim cuisine. The catering crew was professional, kind and captivating. It truly made our Wedding Day special.
I hired Chef Travis to help make my 39th wedding anniversary special. The food was expertly and creatively prepared. His personable demeanor made everything even more enjoyable. His ability to layer flavors was totally on the mark. My wife and I eat out often and I would be pressed to find another restaurant that could put together a meal like this. Highly recommend and will use him again.
We hired Ricki for the “Day-Of Package” since we only had three months left before our wedding date. That didn’t stop Ricki. She put in a lot of time and special attention doing her very best to make our wedding day so very special. She arrived early to make sure all the tables & chairs were set up, directed the caterer, photographer, florist, musicians, bartender and her assistant, Robin. We were impressed at how knowledgeable she is of all the facets that go into a wedding. Ricki certainly knows her stuff! Ricki also assisted our guests. It took a lot of worry off my mind, knowing that she was there taking care of all the details… and just plain being our eyes and ears so we could relax and enjoy our own wedding. Heidi and Chef Jeff went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. We had over 250 guests attend our wedding in Calabasas, and they couldn't have done a better job. Since the very beginning they were very hands on and catered to our every need. They even came over to our house, TWICE, to cook for us and prepare 2 tastings for us to sample their food. Everything was so good it was hard to choose! Both Heidi and Jeff were very reliable and helped us from start to finish. We heard nothing but compliments on the night of our wedding from all of our guests that the food was AMAZING. Heidi even personally brought over leftovers to our home the day after the wedding, to enjoy before we left on our honeymoon. We couldn't have been happier with the amount of work and preparation this team did for our big day, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything !
Wedding was yesterday and have to say that hands down, Crystal was one of the biggest blessings of the day! she was so organized and on top of everything and everyone! Well we just met with her this weekend and she really understood what my daughter had envisioned and her style plus she took my opinions as well since this is a sweet 16 and not a wedding I wanted to make sure it didn’t look like one... Michelle and her assistant Angel did an excellent job coordinating my wedding on 03/18/18. They’ve obviously done this many times. I hired Michelle as a “day of” coordinator. I just gave her a list of my vendors and she took care of the rest on the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to do anything at all. They took care of everything from start to finish.My guests were very impressed with their service as well. Would definitely recommend.
BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

I had the best experience with Victoria. She had amazing ideas for my wedding day. The touch of blues in a silver and white tone theme added elegance and grace, just as I was imagining it. All flowers were really fresh and guests were all eager to take it home after. Despite the great work, I had no issues communicating and from the start of our consultation, I noticed how quickly I was understood with my requests. My bouquet was so full and heavy, so I know I got my money’s worth. Definitely a to-go-to florist with any wants and needs that will be fulfilled beyond expected.
The Perfectly Event Planning Team was wonderful - I'm a highly organized woman, and didn't think I would need any help for the day of my wedding. However, Jessell offered her services and I'm so happy we hired her. I was able to enjoy our wedding and the entire day and just let Jessell worry about the nitty gritty and the payments and the time-line and getting my husband to where he needed to be! Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Lauren created and executed our entire wedding. She talked to and hired all the vendors for our wedding and always responded quickly to my changes or questions I had. She was such a positive person and truly made me feel like I was the most important client she ever had!
I can not say enough great things about Jessica. If you are planning to get a wedding coordinator get Jessica, my only regret was not having her plan the whole thing and not getting her sooner. My fiancé (now husband) initially refused to even consider getting a coordinator. He reluctantly went with me to interview Jessica and even gave me a pep talk about how we were "just going to talk to her" and not commit to anything. Truthfully I think he was humoring me but had not intention of getting someone because he saw it as paying for someone who wouldn't know us and do things we could do ourselves. (Which trust me you can't ... well you can but you will drive yourself nuts.) So of course we met her and loved her and it was him (not me) who decided to hire her on the spot. We had lots of changes (up until the last minute) and we did a lot of untraditional things so we know we drove her nuts but she always made it happen for us. She recommended our cinematographer who was awesome. She is bright and bubbly but is all business when it comes getting things don't right. We love Jessica and we consider her a friend were so happy we got her and appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day memorable. She took great care of us. It's only sad that Im only planning to have this one wedding or I would definite hire her again and again. Hopefully one day we can be rich enough to throw great big parties and have Jessica coordinate them all. :) Thank you Jessica! We'll be sending you a postcard from our honeymoon.
Natalie provided us with an unforgettable experience for our farm wedding last fall. She is organized, professional, FUN, and was life-saving for getting everything together for our special day so we didn't have to worry about a THING. She went above and beyond for everything, I dont know how we could have done it with out her! I sent wedding video to Josh so he could edit it and he did such an awesome job when my wife and i finally seen the video it brought her to tears. It was as if we was able to relive that special moment in our life all over again due to the awesome and great editing work josh was able to put into it. If you are a person who is looking to get some editing work done or some footage work done josh and his company is the place to go!!!!!
