What an incredible experience. Chef Tim created a beautiful menu for my husband's birthday. The food quality and presentation was impeccable, and we were so grateful for the time and care invested into this meal. We cannot wait to work with Chef Tim again!!

Such a great experience hiring Tim. He cooked a fabulous tapas dinner for my husband's 75th birthday. Food was fantastic. He explained all the dishes as they came out. We had one vegan in our party of seven so this was a menu that allowed flexibility to accommodate her. On top of everything else, he left my kitchen nice and tidy. My advice; hire Tim!!!

Food was exquisite and you could tell was prepared with care and genuine culinary skill. The dressing was the best I have ever had and I loved the natural flavors from the grilled sweet potatoes and green beans as well. Our guest had also never had homemade cranberry sauce and could not stop talking about it. Everything on our menu selection was above and beyond our expectations and we have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you, Mr. Ryan.

Each meal and event is completely different, after our first consultation we will be able to provide you a quote based on the level of service and style of meal you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The start of the process is understanding what or who the meal is for, likes, and wants then creating a custom menu based around that and what is in season.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically French trained with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and have been in the industry for over 25 years.
