UpByOne Training has been a breathe of fresh air. I'm new to the neighborhood and wanted to make sure I could find a personable, dedicated, and focused trainer in the San Carlos area, who could also accommodate a flexible schedule and evening hours. Rashad (my Trainer) is amazing and he diversifies my workouts to accomplish a whole-body approach, and I can feel the progress every day. He starts "small" with introducing weight training 2 days a week, while focusing on different areas of the body to shape and strengthen, and mindfully monitors when weight needs to increase/decrease. 2-3 other days a week include boxing...and it's fun!! (I am NOT a boxer, but it's fun!). I highly recommend Rashad and his outlook on helping people be and do their best at living a better, healthier, more physical lifestyle.
