I started training for powerlifting with Dima in March 2017. In my 10 week meet prep for my first powerlifting meet, Dima helped me bring my deadlift up from 265 Ib to 303 Ib. Now, in progress towards my second meet prep, he has been very patient in helping me address my weak muscle groups to bring up my total for my upcoming meet. I would recommend Dima if you are training for strength, fat loss, muscle gain, or injury rehabilitation. He will help you surpass your current goals and envision new ones.

Training with Scott is a life changing experience. He is absolutely the best personal trainer I ever have. He is knowledgeable and responsible. I feel like I'm in good hands right after first session with him. I can be so focused on training cuz he has the processed planned for me. And when I have any question, I just text him, and he is soooo nice that he answer each one of them. I've been training with him for 3 weeks so far, I can feel my muscle growing and my body having more energy. I'm sure as long as I don't move too far, I'll keep training with him. I highly recommend him to anyone that want to switch to a more healthy life style and thinking of hiring a personal trainer to help achieve any fitness goal. Santa Cruz Core Fitness + Rehab is the place to go! From the owner, Jaimi, to the receptionist, and trainers, they are all amazing and professional. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable and positive. They are willing to work things out for you and your goals. I am just starting my fitness journey and I've never felt this great. And I've only been in for 2 training sessions. You guys need to check them out as they are expanding locations. They are now in Santa Cruz and Watsonville. You won't regret it! Also, the workouts are AMAZING!!!
I've been training with Joe for a little over 2 months, and I train with him twice a week. Joe is GREAT! What I like about him is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. He is outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. He always ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a personal trainer, then Joe is the man for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
My friends gave me a visit to Will for my 73rd birthday back in 2015. One of the best presents I have ever received. I decided to continue sessions resulting in big improvements my balance and core strength. I was concerned training would be expensive, but Will’s prices are reasonable. Will made me feel comfortable and not intimidated. Plus, he’s easy to talk to, so sessions go by quickly. He plans out each class to target multiple muscle groups and get some cardio. Starting training with him was one of the BEST things I've ever done for myself. I find him to be a good person, an excellent instructor.
It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. I have known Caterina in the capacity of a physical trainer for over 6 months. Before Caterina I have had the good fortune of working with some very good trainers. I started training with Caterina due to my very unusual schedule which only she could accommodate at the time. What I started with serious hesitation, turned out to be one of the best things that has happened to me! Caterina is, by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not exactly the easiest person to train. But, she has been nothing short of fantastic. She is very patient, encouraging, and motivating. At the same time she is very understanding and knows what her clients need. She can push you to your maximum, making sure you don't injure yourself. She does this in a way that makes working out seem like fun rather than a strenuous chore. The best thing about Caterina, though, is that she is very understanding, and flexible too. She's more human than any other instructor I've ever had. I would highly recommend Caterina to any individual looking for a quality instructor. She would be a great asset to have on board.
Lynn was very motivating in her approach to personal training. She worked outset schedules in-advance and made sure that I followed through with my commitment to training. She suggested exercises to do outside of training and nutritional hints. She was very flexible with my busy schedule and really helped me get toned and develop my core strength. Her sessions were very reasonably priced and working with her has really put me on the right path in terms of my fitness goals.

I have couple months training with Armando and I totally believe I made the right decision. During the last 5 years Ive been putting up some weight and no feeling too proud about it, especially because Im short and weight started to cause some foot and knee pain. Ive always postponed work out, it was not my priority but after training with Armando, I feel like I need to go for a session every day so I can get my Feeling good dose. Armandos positivism makes my work out enjoyable even though he pushes me and takes all my energy with every exercise. Armando has motivated me to keep going and give 100% every time we meet. He is professional, he listens, analyzes every piece of information I give him and he even suggests a relax/stretch session to get rid of stress I bring from work. When I first started, he analyzed my measurements, goals, posture, time and health and came up with a plan to target my problematic areas. I have only couple months training and I can see a few changes already. I feel more energetic and with the desire of keep going. Armando makes sure I have the right posture/form and execute moves in a proper way so that I can get the best from my workout and benefit from every move. I thank Armando for his support and guidance in every session and especially for pushing to keep a good nutrition. I would recommend Armando if you are serious about your work out. He is a great trainer; you will get the best of his knowledge and enthusiasm in every session.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to recommend Gabriel Johnson. Gabriel worked as a corrective exercise specialist at Santa Cruz Core Fitness and Rehab, where he stood out as a brilliant trainer and a specialist in getting people out of pain. He works well with clients, and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology sets him apart as a master in his field. Gabriel's worked one on one with clients with a variety of goals including weight loss, functional movement and performance, but also with injury rehabilitations and pain management. I was very impressed by his ability to assess the client's pain patterns, postural imbalances and movement patterns and then hone in on exactly the right trigger points to release in order to get out of pain and harmonize the body. In particular he was able to patiently talk clients through the self myofascial release process in such a knowledgable and thorough way that I had never seen done. Gabriel’s knowledge and abilities, and his drive to succeed makes him a true expert in his field. He truly cares about his clients, and he has a mastered his skillset.
