Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!
Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

Viki came to the middle school where I teach and did a custom session for my small girls running club and anyone else who wanted to attend. The girls enjoyed her knowledge and approachable demeanor. She adapted to our available space (the library), answered their array of middle school questions and led a yoga session appropriate for runners and non- runners together.
I recently attended a yoga class, and I happened to be the single participant for that day. Which meant that I ultimately had a private yoga session with Jenny, needless to say I was blown away! She started by asking what areas I wanted to work on and if there was anything new I wanted to try. Since I’ve never had a one on one session, I knew would be my time to push myself and get out of my comfort zone. Jenny was amazing at helping me with my flow, and helping me with my head stand form ...something I haven’t had the opportunity to do because a big group class can be intimidating when working on areas, like a headstand. I would strongly recommend Jenny to anyone that is looking for a great yoga instructor !
