Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

I took a yoga class for age 50 and older with Nava. Mostly beginners. She did a fantastic job of introducing us to yoga at a gradual comfortable pace. I loved this class because she was attentive to our needs. Another positive for me was the variety of techniques Nava is familiar with which made the classes interesting. For example, she might throw in an acroyoga session or Feldenkrais. She can tweak a class as needed for your interests! Plus, she helped fix a back ache I had which, both the physical therapist and the chiropractor had not successfully done. Thank you so much Nava!
Whitney is an amazing yoga teacher. She is very skilled in teaching from feeling. She will guide you in measurable moments of success on your mat and then this will spread out into your life. Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!

FBY is a wonderful yoga studio with a large variety of yoga classes and workshops. We have been members since they first opened. The massage therapist is wonderful too.

I'm doing Melissa's 21 day kickstart program right now to lose some weight that I've been having trouble trying to lose on my own. I weighed in for the first time on day 16 and saw and 8 pound weight loss. I can't even BEGIN to tell you how happy that made me. I'm normally a pretty healthy person. My portion sizes were not completely out of control and I exercise regularly. I really have to credit this to everything Melissa has taught me about food combining and the day to day support she's given. She emails and calls, sends recipes (simple ones because I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen), and gives me exercise challenges that are strengthening my core which has always been weak. Seeing how well my body has responded in just a little over two weeks has been incredibly gratifying. If you do what Melissa says, you'll see results. And it's easy to do what she says because she's there to encourage and teach you new things everyday.
We hired Darrin to lead 2 sessions at our Corporate Retreat, I was nervous because several people in our group have never done yoga or meditation. Boy did Darrin deliver!!! Darrin has a way of leading professionals and opening them up to new experiences that allows people to absorb at their own pace. The whole group kept thanking me for bringing Darrin in and said it was a major highlight of our retreat. I couldn’t recommend Darrin more. He’s professional, on point, and delivers.
